“I booked two night stay in Amsterdam. My wife wanted to add an extra day. The website does not have an option to modify existing reservation. I tried calling to either get a busy signal or rings and hangs up on us. I tried contacting the hotel directly. They could not verify we had a reservation based on the confirmation numbers supplied by Prestigia or my surname. I contacted my credit card company for fraud. Prestigia supplied an actual reservation number 6 weeks later in a unfriendly email threatening to pursue legal action. Credit card company reversed charge on 4/4 the hotel cancelled the hold on 4/1. Prestigia claims that the initial reservation is all they are required to do and will not refund money or provide room. AVOID THIS COMPANY The discount is not real”
