Ordered lingerie and was disgusted at how it arrived, not even wrapped just thrown into a posting bag, both items had marks on them and one was totally wrong colour. Not be using this awful site again.”

“The watch (skeleton automatic) I purchased for my husband for Christmas arrived about 2 1/2 weeks ago so I wrapped it up... When opened it wasn't working so we wound it up, it worked for around two hours then stoppedand a part in the back window was swinging around freely. The packaging was also inadequate for such a delicate item.”

“All the items are not from Secret Sales, you get different parcels (even for different colours of the same item) from different vendors (Get The Label, Brown Box Clothing, and others), when it comes to return items you have to pay for returns, have multiple returns to pay for (even for a single order), and the returns process is clear as mud, and expensive. Its really not worth it .. There is no reason to use Secret Sales, the same goods are on other websites, cheaper and with free returns - they are just drop shipping things from other people and making your life miserable in the process.”
