“submitted an order with number of items back in March and generally you never get all in one go they always come at different time. One item never arrived and under there sight it says delivery in progress. Given it has been sometime I reached out to them to see what had happened only to find out not only I am not getting this item but also I am charged for it where they are not taking any responsibility for not delivering.”

“Ordered a pair of tan brogues. When I opened the box they had sent me 2 totally different style of shoes. Sent them back got a refund but not the money it cost me for the postage. I find this disgraceful not only for the cost sending them back but no one obviously does any checks before items are sent. Will never use again”

They hardly responds to your queries and are very rude if they do. Stay away, will never recommend this site.”

When I wanted to return, I was unable to send just one parcel, I had to pay for postage x 4 to send to four different locations. Really messy arrangement, customer service takes a week to respond with a dismissive message, with absolutely no interest in resolving your issue. “I bought Dune shoes trough Secret Sales and at the end they both was faulty . Before I send them back I started reading all those negative reviews , at the end I thought I will definitely never get refund . I texted to Secret Sales Customer Service and I was surprised because they was very polite and helpful . They gave to me advise how to return item and step buy step followed to all return process. I returned my parcel for free with prepaid label. A special Thank You to Austin (customer service advocate) and I very appreciate your help with my return . My experience with Secret Sales was positive and I definitely will buy again from this company. My Dune shoes for sure was 100% authentic because they advised return them to Dune shop but because of lockdown shops is closed and I returned shoes by post. So I definitely know that items from Secret Sales is Authentic . I am very satisfied with SS customer services.”
“Ordered a cushion, arrived with large hole on the front, when taken out of packaging stinking of weed, think driver must have been smoking in delivery van although my cat seemed to love it!!! Contacted Secret Sales as no advice note or return label included. Informed that they would contact seller for returns label, advised I was self isolating and would need courier to pick up item, was told that was up to seller to organise with myself, Turns out you buy from Secret Sales but when things go wrong it’s not their responsibility.
