“I order two bike tyres and the process for ordering and delivery was very easy and fairly quick. After receiving the tyres I noticed the size on the label attached to the tyre was different to the size on the tyre! A sent an email to query the difference and never received a response!!”

Of course I hadn't read these dire reviews before using Tredz and sadly, my experience will not be contradicting them. I placed an order on 26th May 2021 - delivery date stated as 8-10th June (which in the internet world is pretty slow) and of course today I received an e mail stating that due to a "stock error" they do not have one of the items ordered even though it was stated as 'in stock' on their website. To make matters worse, I had received an e mail on Monday 7th stating that my PayPal account was not valid and my order would be held until this wa resolved. Of course my PayPal account is fine. When I contacted Tredz, they said they'd made a mistake and it was ok. They seem pretty incompetent - shame as I'd like to avoid the all mighty Amazon.”
“Made an order with Tredz on the 5th May 2020 for 2 tyres for my MTB (order number 4848951). The tyres have still not arrived after 6 weeks of chasing and now had no option to cancel the order and chase the refund. This is not a company you feel any confidence with and the service is shocking.”

They sell bikes that they don't have in stock and then change the promised delivery period multiple times. The bike was received approximately 2 months after the order date and when it arrived it had a ripped seat.”
