I sent my pristine 2 year old IPhone 13 which had been protected by a screensaver, lens protector and robust case. I had been offered online £265. To my horror I got a message telling me to log on as there was something wrong with my phone. I was surprised but worried perhaps I hadn’t deleted find my phone correctly. I was presented with the new offer. I entered into a live chat which took a long frustrating 15 minutes for them to respond too. Apparently I had noticeable wear on the bezels and light wear on the screen and housing. This was ridiculous but they decided I must have not cleaned my phone. After them increasing my offer to £200 I declined and said I wanted my phone back. No way were they ripping me off. They claimed they sent my phone at gone 6 on the Friday informing me this by email on the Tuesday morning. Then lo and behold on Tuesday afternoon Royal mail received it. Please do not use this scamming company. I hunted for a phone number for the company but couldn’t find one. Tried to upload pics of returned phobe but it won’t let me.

Offers high price when first consulted online. Then when in receipt of phone offer reevaluated to 1/3 less on a phone in exceptionally good condition. Shocking business practice.

Absolute joke of a company Agreed a price only to be told there are scratches on the screen, (which there isn’t, even in their own video there are no visítale scratches or marks) Try and low ball you with an offensive offer Then when you refuse they charge you postage to have it sent with a level of insurance that covers the phone They offered £231 Then they lowballed with £165 When I said send the phone back they said free postage but it’s only insured up to £150 So if anything went wrong I’d have to go through the hassle of a claim for less than they lowballed me with. Otherwise you have to pay £10 to have your phone returned You can get more selling privately without involving these cowboy thieves AVOID

This is a scam company. They have a racket going where phones sent to them somehow "get lost in the post". This has been confirmed to me by a member of staff at the Royal Mail delivery office that handles this companies postage in Fareham. They also sign you up for a direct debit for security software. It's in the fine print, but it's incredibly sneaky and dishonest. Avoid at all costs. Recycle your phone with a reputable company or with a network provider, even if if they quote you slightly less.

This company is a total scam. They first gave a very high offer which made me then choose their company to sell my phone and then they went from £350 to £70 and the worst thing is that I had to pay 10.50 to get my phone back. I sent my phone to Carphone warehouse and they gave me exactly what they quoted which was £250. My phone was in a very good condition but they come up with all sorts of reason. Never trust this company

Pathetic - DO NOT USE. By luck I did not in the end send my phone. And when I agreed to their offer they automatically subscribed me to their partner CyberSentry for a VPN subscription I did not want or agree too! They sent them my bank details and they set up a direct debit without my agreement or consent. DO NOT TOUCH THEM.

Awful practices. Take the £10 less and sell it to any other mobile recycling company.

Scammers, they offer you one price but when they have the phone they will take nearly half off in the hope you have no other choice but to accept. Avoid

If phone has the slightest mark, that may not even be visible to you they will take £100+ of the value of phone. Customer service take ages to get back to you. And you’re constantly talking to different people on the chat. Would not use again, you think the value is good however in reality I would have got far more money if I sold elsewhere with the quote that they returned. Never again.

Absolute shambles of a company and pure conmen. Sent my phone in which was in excellent condition and was told a specific value, a few days later then sent me a new valuation which was £100 less than the original one. I requested the phone was sent back, they scuffed it up before sending it back. Also a £6.95 direct debit has been set up from my bank account from cybersentry global which apparently is owned by Webuyanyphone.

Absolute RIPP OFF Absolute RIPP OFF. AVOID at all costs. The phone I sent was flawless, sadly I was duped into clicking accept button without realising that they had reduced the price by over 100 pounds. Despite making a mistake and emailing immediately to cancel they ignored my request. THEY ALSO IGNORED THE ONLINE CHAT!! Very poor customer service. THIS IS A SCAM!!

They claimed my phone was not in good condition. The video did not show damage and they reduced the price by over £80. No one answers the chat. Scam

Scam!! They offered £200 for iPhone 13 sent the phone off, they then changed the offer to £80. They said it was poor condition so I asked for them to return the phone and had to pay £10. Did get the phone back and sold to another company for £180. Do not use this company!!

My wife was really open to me but she kept more to herself. I am a very inquisitive person, i need to know why the sudden change in his attitude. I went online and i came across a review about him, which i hired him for the job, and In less than 24hours, he got the job done and gave me details. it hurt because the same woman i have been in love with and faithful to, turns out to be a cheat. I am still amazed how they manage to help so many people with the time frame and keep the standard reputation. Good job. Reach them at their email (cyberdemoncracker@ gmail. com) they are the best

Avoid this company, it is a big scam, the offer me £590 and when got the phone showed a video that did not look like my phone and offered £350. I have emailed about 5 times, done the live chat, no one gets back in contact and you can not decline the offer. Asked many times to have the phone sent back but still not reply, after 14 days still nothing in the end i just had to accept it. I will not be using this company ever again. They have no phone number to call
