“My wife was really open to me but she kept more to herself. I am a very inquisitive person, i need to know why the sudden change in his attitude. I went online and i came across a review about him, which i hired him for the job, and In less than 24hours, he got the job done and gave me details. it hurt because the same woman i have been in love with and faithful to, turns out to be a cheat. I am still amazed how they manage to help so many people with the time frame and keep the standard reputation. Good job. Reach them at their email (cyberdemoncracker@ gmail. com) they are the best”
“Avoid this company, it is a big scam, the offer me £590 and when got the phone showed a video that did not look like my phone and offered £350. I have emailed about 5 times, done the live chat, no one gets back in contact and you can not decline the offer. Asked many times to have the phone sent back but still not reply, after 14 days still nothing in the end i just had to accept it. I will not be using this company ever again. They have no phone number to call”
“My iPhone 15 pro max was sold to webuyanyphone for £718.00 , picked up by DPD , apparently not arrived at webuyanyphone , they offered me £200 compensation saying basically take it or leave it , I’ve left it for now in the hope I can do something about it , absolute disgusting company to deal with , bunch of thieves , I’m shocked they are allowed to trade”
“Exactly as all the other bad reviews great price dropped suddenly I had looked after the phone well instead of 115 only got 45, would not recommend to anyone and I defo will never use again”
“Well I must say that everyone was correct, sent an I phone 15 not even a year old and lived in an Apple case for all its life.
Beware as mine went from good to average same took photos .
Beware as if you ask for it back read it they are not responsible, obviously not proof of posting so that’s all I can say is DONOT ENTERTAIN USING THIS COMPANY.
Will keep people up to date and Trading Standards are having copies of everything another dubious element is that they don’t give a number so we can contact them.
Let’s see how long this company is going for, I will press for Trading Standards and Ombudsman to fully investigate, feel sorry for the elderly who are not computer literate and rely on the phone, disgusting business practice.
Company search next. Sadly I had to give 1 star does not deserve that.”
“Sent my phone off 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing. They are impossible to get hold of and every attempt I have made has been ignored. I am now without a phone”
“Absolute scam. Don’t trust this company with your device, their expectations are that your trade is is as ‘straight out of the box’. Any minor defect reduces the trade in value to anything well below market value. Avoid at all costs!”
“Company is a complete scam.
They will offer a great quote then purposely downgrade the condition so they don’t have to pay out. Be warned, they expect BRAND NEW condition to get anywhere near their unrealistic initial quote. My first chat with them, I told them i don’t agree with their report and want my phone back. They offer me more money straight away. Now have to pay an extortionate return shipping fee to get my own property back.
Absolute scammers.”
“Don’t trust the price they will give, they will find anything to lower the value. My phone had honestly fair wear and tear but they said it was average to poor knocking £150 off the total offered. When I refused the offer they wanted over £10 to return the phone to me. The customer service is poor and slow, the excuses are poor and ride.”
“Similar to the other reviewers, webuyanyphone is a scam. They tempt you with a great valuation, but then offer you a lot less once you've sent the phone. If you disagree with their revised valuation, you need to pay £10.95 to get the phone back. From my experience, if a lawyer had a closer look at their operation and how they mislead customers, the company would get closed down.”
“Was Offered a lot less than was stated. Phone is in mint condition and met all criteria they stated so not sure how they came to the conclusion. Made me pay to return my phone back to me. Absolute scam don’t trust this company.”
“They showed me a phone that wasnt mine as mine was not scratched also told
Me theyd offer me nothing, I had been using my phone right up to day I sent it and was nothing wrong with it..THEN I had to pay £ 10.75 to get my phone back! Total
Scam DO NOT SEND YOUR PHONE TO THEM!”
“Absolute scam. I took photos before sending out my phone - there is no scratch at all. But they showed me a video with quite a few obvious scratches on the screen. I seriously doubt they deliberately did that to pay you less.”
“Scam offered me £150 for my phone and the said it was £25 due to scratches and also set up a direct debit to a cyber company which I do not ask for it authorise with my bank details and took £7 from account 😡”
“dropped the price of an iPhone 11 from 120 to 30 because the five year old phone in use until sent had a reduced battery life - who knew at five years old. they claim to have lost the other - only gave one star as theres no zero option - avoid!”
