Price knocked down listed my phone as good through compare and recycle as the option below this was poor, my device was in good condition and I received an amended offer £100 below the original. Spoke on live chat and was told they will pay an extra £10.75 even after I explained very good is not an option and that it goes from good to poor. AVOID using this company clearly happens all the time after reading more reviews.

*How an Organization Helped Me Track Down the Person Who Stole My Cryptocurrency* A few months ago, I became a victim of a cryptocurrency theft that left me devastated. Like many others, I had invested in digital currencies, trusting that the security of my wallet and the platforms I used would be enough. Unfortunately, my funds were drained from my wallet, and the trail went cold. I initially felt helpless, thinking there was no way to recover my stolen assets. After some time researching, I came across an organization(HACKINGPROTEAM001) specializing in tracking cryptocurrency fraud. Their expertise in blockchain forensics and cyber investigations gave me hope, so I decided to reach out for help. I provided them with all the necessary information, including transaction IDs, wallet addresses, and any suspicious activity I noticed before the theft. Hackingproteam got to work immediately, using blockchain analysis tools to trace the flow of my stolen funds. The transparency of blockchain technology allowed them to follow the digital trail left by the thief. They mapped out the series of transactions that the stolen crypto had passed through, revealing a complex web of wallet addresses and exchanges. After a few days, the organization managed to pinpoint a suspicious account linked to the thief. With this breakthrough, they collaborated with relevant authorities and exchanges to track down the individual behind the wallet. Their thorough investigation not only uncovered the identity of the culprit but also helped recover larger portion of my funds. What impressed me the most was Hackingproteam efficiency and commitment. Their deep understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency networks made the impossible seem achievable. They also educated me on improving my wallet’s security and how to recognize potential scams in the future. In the end, while the journey was stressful, I am incredibly grateful for the organization’s assistance. They not only helped me track down the person who stole my crypto but also restored my confidence in the possibility of justice in the world of digital assets. For anyone facing a similar situation, I highly recommend seeking help from professionals who have the right tools and experience to fight back against crypto theft. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, I highly recommend reaching out to them. You can contact them via 𝐖𝐞𝐛𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞: 𝐰𝐰𝐰.𝐡𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦.𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐄𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥: 𝐇𝐀𝐂𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌𝟎𝟎𝟏@ 𝐆𝐌𝐀𝐈𝐋. More of an alert than a review … I didn’t get as far as parting with my phone ! The high quote for your phone is the first red flag… second red flag is the speed you need to process the application for the return, they try to make out you will be timed out and not get the super deal they are offering. Thirdly they have another company that offers you a free trial for security giftware , but they have you set up by using your bank account details you provide for the sale of your phone, which is processed in a flash , the acceptance is set as a default on the website, so albeit you don’t have time to read anything due the timer … you need to untick to reject the offer. Very misleading. Sad when a company needs to use these tactics to get business .

Sent iPhone 14 to them. 9 months old and had been in top end case & screen protector with little use. I received an email saying it had passed the tests but tester said screen, case and buttons had light wear. They didn’t. It was absolutely as new, not even the screen saver had scuffs. It had been taken out of the case fortnightly to clean. I contacted them as I had taken a video moments before sending it in the original box to them and suddenly that report was gone and the offer back to original price. Someone contacted saying they didn’t know what I was talking about as the original offer was on my account. Sent iPhone 12 also pristine and they dropped offer from £190 to £120 for light wear and tear. Again there was not. This was my phone before I had the 14 and hadn’t had heavy use and also protected and looked after from new. After my experience with the other phone, I inspected it thoroughly and did close up photos and a video in bright light to make sure it had no signs whatsoever of wear. They would not budge on it except to offer an additional £10 and said they have labs with bright lighting and can see things we can’t with the naked eye…… I ended up accepting that because I didn’t want to go through all the fuss of having to sell it and needed the cash for my new phone. I won’t use these again.

Do not use this company I sent them my iPhone which has had a cover and screen protector on from new and was in perfect condition but apparently it was scratched and my original offer was reduced. Don’t accept there of an extra £5 if you return the phone within 5 days as you will also be agreeing to a 30 day free trial to mcAfee which then turns into a monthly standing order. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Disgusting company, I sent in a 100% fully refurbished iPhone 13. I have photos and evidence the phone was in excellent condition not one mark anywhere it’s like a brand new phone. Well of course they say the BRAND knew not a mark on screen is apparently damaged. I’ve now been through the reviews and it’s clear they do this to everyone. Just don’t waste your time with these guys hopefully they get shut down soon because it’s one big scam.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. I Sent my I phone 11 that was in great condition it was like new. Offered me £169 so I sent it. Just had a message offering me £69. What the hell. I said no so they offered me another £10 again I said no. I said just return the phone in the original box I sent it in. They came back with another offer of £84. I still said no. I kept saying I’ll have it back. They said they couldn’t return in original box as they get recycled straight away. What a load of rubbish. Surely they should wait to see if you want to sell it before dumping the box. What an absolute scam. Wish I’d never bothered. And I’ll be checking my IMEI number when I get it back to see if it’s my phone. I’ll be taking this up with trading standards too

AVOID - price knockers and time wasters Used this company via TopCashback and at the time of offering a trade in price they quoted £651 for “good condition”, however on inspection they knock the price down to £515 stating my phone is in “pretty good” condition and that good condition had to have “no visible signs of wear” - that’s either Excellent or new condition in my opinion. Total joke of a company what a waste of time.

Complete scam. Offered £295 originally for my phone but after an inspection they dropped the offer to £190. They posted a video of ‘damage’ to my phone. Damage was not there when I sent the phone and have photographic evidence of that as I had heard of potential scams. I’m not even sure if it was my old phone in the video Tried contacting them by email and chat but all requests were ignored. Complete scam, avoid at all costs. I am in the process of getting in touch with Trading Standards to help get this company shut down

Scammers! Reduced the offer for my phone and then set up a direct debit without my consent. Reporting as fraud.

Offered £295 for an iPhone 13 It's been in a case all its life with a screen cover it's better looked after than the kids! After their inspection they offered me wait for it £80! Eighty whole pounds! After I declined the offer they added a whole £5 to sweeten the pot and bring me back around . Now it gets interesting They will send it back but you need to pay for it. £12.00 or £14.85 The £12 option covers you for £150 so you need to take the £14.85 option for £750 insurance cover. But they collect via DPD you pay for a courier and they use Royal Mail . They them tell you 3-5 delivery back The postage is in their favour! They keep the difference. The customer Service rep was really awful and it was a throughly unpleasant experience dealing with them awful company beware just sell them private cash in hand right away!

Yep, absolutely terrible, wish I had looked on here before wasting time sending my phone to them. Overall good condition iPhone 13 Pro, battery life over 90% which they offered £380 for, came back with an offer of £120 after assessing the condition. Local phone shop had offered me £275 based on the same condition, so will be taking it to them.

DO NOT SELL YOUR PHONE HERE. I sent in my lightly used iPhone 12, 64gb Green, and was quoted £191 for it. A few days later they said that the screen was badly damaged and the sides and back were lightly damaged. Which is completely untrue and I do have photos of how my phone looked before I sent it in. When I saw the video of my phone I was shocked to see the whole screen had been scratched. Clearly done by them. They tried offering me only £80 for it! Do not sell your phone here, you are better off sticking to Facebook marketplace! The photos below is my phone BEFORE and AFTER sending it to them!

I didn't even sell my mobile phone to this company, yet i was debited £9.99 from a company called pier insurance which apparently i had signed up for without my knowledge. It wasn't until i logged into my online banking and noticed a payment that i didn't recognize so after research and looking through my spam emails i found the said email. I didnt even sell to webuyanyfone.com. So why would i want to take out mobile phone insurance? ‘SO BE VERY CAREFUL’.. Stick to what i know and use Mazuma everytime.. Never an issue.

I was warned not to use these people!!! Against my better judgement I did. I was offered £280 for my Samsung S22 face to face by a retailer and the same via EE and webuyanyphone offered £320. Stupidly I gave webuyanyphone a chance. The phone was classed as near perfect. On receipt webuyanyphone revised their offer to £80!! And charged me £12 to get it returned. Dodgy company, DO NOY USE. I wish I'd listened to others!!!!

I strongly urge potential customers to **avoid using Webuyanyphone at all costs**. The initial offer we received was £121, but upon receiving the phone, they claimed it had a scratch on the screen—despite being in perfect condition when sent—and slashed the offer to just £10. To add insult to injury, they charge £10 just to return your device if you decline their offer. This experience reveals a concerning lack of integrity and transparency. **Do not trust Webuyanyphone** with your device—consider other, more reliable options instead.
