new door took 6 months, 3 different doors and 2 surveyors measures. It was a Zenith door of 12 years being replaced with a new Zenith door. Also they had to return at least 13 times. Diabolical.

The salesperson said we would be able to install the windows in phases, paid admin fee and signed contract. Turns out that is not possible. Cancelled contract, yet after repeated calls I have still not received the admin fee. DON'T TRUST ZENITH WITH WHAT THEY SAY!!!!!

Dreadful experience. A salesman came along to give me a quote. He totally out stayed his welcome. Over two & half hours. He then quoted me the ridiculous price of over £23,700 to double glaze a 3 bed semi. Then after a phone call to his boss the price dropped to £11,400 but I had to sign there & then. I told them to go away. Despite this they kept ringing the next day. I eventually answered the phone only to be spoken to in a very aggressive & demeaning fashion. I would rather let my windows fall out than deal with these people.

Zenith windows cold calling in the Totton area today. Knocked on the door of an elderly lady I look after, even though there is a sign stating ‘ no cold callers ‘ so glad I answered the door, as the young man was very persistent and was picking faults in her windows. He didn’t seem to understand the word No..! Please be aware of this company especially if you are vulnerable and easily persuaded.

Very unpleasant sale experience, they wouldn’t take no for an answer. Dealt with Zenith customer service afterwards, another male with the same aggressive style. Beware, especially if you’re vulnerable in any other way.

Absolutely disgusted with Zenith windows. I ordered a Velux window and was assured that the scaffolding was included in the price. They then sent the men to try and install it WITHOUT scaffolding! It had already been measured and definitely needs scaffolding to install it. I then waited over a month...and heard nothing. Repeated attempts to get through to customer service and was told my order had been cancelled BY THEM. So far no reply to my repeated emails other than a request for a bank statement to prove I paid the deposit so they can refund it. So through another avenue I found out the penny pinching company decided they wouldn't pay for the scaffolding. Unless I fork out another £550 I won't get my window. 😡

All I wanted was a quote for some fascia and guttering. Salesman turned up on time ( good start ) but then things started to go down hill fast. Over 2 hrs of hearing all the spill about the company and the product then the price. WOW.. nearly £6000 and just the front and back; but then came the clever bit .If I was to take out credit with them and sign on the day amazingly the price would drop to £4300.Then another 30mins of trying to say no ( this was when the real hard sell tactics came in )and still no no no ...but but but..FFS just go... pressure selling at its worst. My advice if you don’t like bullying steer well clear of this company oh and I wasn’t left my quote what a result

So absolutely disgusted by the door-to-door salesman who have called in the Purbrook area today. We are in a block with no cold calling on doors. They still knocked. I said I wasn’t interested and was then referred as another pair of boobs to the guy at the next door who between them continued to insult our neighbours. Absolutely disgusting!!! Their body language was more like door bouncers. Was looking to get new windows... not from Zenith now, no way.... and reading their reviews, wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

They are f🤬🤬king s🤬🤬t. Done a roof and door and messed up on both. The lead work on the roof held on with silicone. Each time they come out they make it worse. Getting tradeing standerds onto them and takeing them to court if they don’t sort. Just after your money. The door they damaged the brickwork drilling. Don’t use them

avoid them like the plague. they came to give me a quote. which was way to high then they send their trade team to beat it. get it down by over half. still not really in budget, sales guy then tells me about the tls discount card that will save me money throughout the month. this is the deal breaker, so few months on still no card, call them up to be told they dont do it any more. so they lied just to get the sale. they will also hound you week in week out trying to get extra work from you. they use the lie they need some pictures of the work to put in their magazine, if your pictures are chosen you will get a refund etc. they book a time to take photos then as soon as they find out you dont want ,more work dont bother turning up. or are just rude.

WATCH OUT. DODGY TACTICS I was asked to sign a "survey". The guy tried to get me yo sign the back page without showing me what he had written inside. Obviously I made sure I read the whole thing.....inside was a list of comments ftom me.....that he had totally made up!!! It was NOT a survey it was a list of false information. I was then not given a quote. Since when do I have to sign a document full of of false information before I can have a quote from a company? Shame, you lost a genuine customer.

Guys knocks on the door on my way out to sell me windows. I agree a meeting with someone at 7:30pm this evening. I have since had 3 phone calls wasting my time asking dumb questions. Either come at 7:30pm or don't. You want my business.... Plus tell your guys to tell people to expect phone call after phone call asking silly questions about sizes etc.

My Dad has a cold calling sign on the front door but despite this THREE men were at the door selling your windows. My Dad clearly told them that he was not interested as he already has someone coming round to replace some windows. They forcefully continued to try and sell Zenith windows to him. My Dad had to tell them three times that he wasn't interested but they seemed intent to continue hassling him, so my Dad had to shut the door on them. These THREE men intimidated my Dad and made him feel very uncomfortable. My Dad is 76 years of age and I'm disgusted that your THREE salesmen made him feel this way.

My mum ordered the installation of two… My mum ordered the installation of two sliding patio doors which would involve the removal of some brickwork, the fitting of an RSJ/lintel to support the roof and the removal of a single plug socket. A price of £5000 was agreed. A surveyor came and highlighted no issues. A time frame of three weeks was agreed. Around two weeks later Zenith decides that the electrical work, removing a one plug socket meant the price had to rise by £1600 - WOW!! These guys must pay therir sparkies serious money... Then they start demanding more money to install a lintel. All of this was very clear to Sarah, the saleswoman who hung around like a stale fart for three hours, when she made the quote. It was also very clear for the surveyor to see. Why the delay in changing the quote? And why make a quote you don't honour when it is a perfectly simply job? My mum has decided to cancel the order, as Zenith is refusing to honour its side of the contract. Zenith, the straightforward honest company that it is, refuse to refund the £400 deposit. Just as soon as we can track down an actual company name and address these crooks WILL be receiving a summons to the small claims court. STAY WELL CLEAR. THIS IS ONE VERY VERY SHADY COMPANY 6 June 2019 Update.... Order number and details sent. However, unlike the public response on Trustpilot, the wording in the personal message does not mention a refund of the money owed by Zenith for its failure to honour its contract. It merely says they will "have a look into this". Following the BBC Watchdog/Rogue Traders coverage of this company's underhand practices, I am not optimistic. If the money is not returned in seven days we will take matters further. UPDATE JUNE 7 Today a letter has appeared from a company called Shawbrook asking for confirmation of a £5000 loan (total repayable over £10,000) which Zenith applied for in my mother's name. I really can't stress enough how crooked this company is. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANYONE EVEN CONSIDER USING THEM. Never mind the small claims court, this could well end up in a criminal court for credit fraud. The police are being informed.

Do not use this company , from £1500 to £5000 price drop in half hour via Ashley Wells giving it the sales talk , agreed and they were sorting finance , they said it was sorted and gave deposit , survey done : 5 weeks later , called them about date to fit windows , and said finance had not been approved ???? Why did they take deposit if said it was agreed ?? Total conn : I asked why they had n t call me to let me know ? Loads of promise s to call me back , 10 phone calls , no call backs , this started in February , they said it would take up to 30 days to refund even though they had money since feb ? It s a conn , and finally went to citizens advice and they told me to how to write a letter ending contract , finally got a refund ! Please be careful especially if the older generation get sucked in by zenith ,, absolutely shocking from sales to customer service :

I think commission must be made for the sales reps through the finance plans which have a hefty interest rate of 19%apr!!!! However, go through finance and you get your windows for more than 50% less. We were advised that a composite front door retailed at £5000. I just cannot believe this pricing and the pressure to take out a finance agreement which believe it or not can last for 10years. 10 years at 19%, well that’s an awful lot of wasted money. It’s a shame that they’ve gone down this shady selling route as their products are good. Will definitely not be using them nor recommend anyone else does unless of course, you’ve won the lottery

Agreed to a sale but changed our mind during the cooling off period. Still waiting to get our admin fee back...40days and counting.

Pressurised selling techniques and have now waited 5 weeks so far for refund of admin fee which is ‘being processed’.. Avoid at all costs would be my advice.

Very aggressive sales tactics and no response from customer services who say the matter is with their legal department who are not customer facing. They also would not give a timeframe for responding - so I assume they won't! Underlines everything people say about double-glazing companies. Avoid at all costs.
