“Fantastic Prices!!! Just happened upon A-1 Truck Parts while searching for brackets for lights for my trailer. I already had the lights, Optronics Slim that I had found in my fathers shop. I looked at all the regular online stores, Ebay, Amazon, Etrailer, etc and was blown away at the prices for the bracket. All ran over $5 each. Then I saw A-1. Just over a dollar for the same exact item. With their super fast shipping, just over $1.50 each. WOW. I am impressed. You now have a permanent customer that will always look here first!”

“I ordered four trailer clearance lights that I needed quickly for an upcoming trip this weekend. An online search led me to A-1 Truck Parts website, primarily because you had the best price I could find. I ordered the lights last Friday night and selected Priority Mail in hopes of receiving them before the end of this week. To my surprise, they were shipped on Saturday and I received them today (Monday). That is exceptional service!!! And I received email status updates as the pkg made its way to me. A-1 will now be my first choice for any product you carry. Thanks for the excellent service!”

“I tried to answer your response, but website kicked it back. I ordered 1/2" check valves and you shipped 1/4" . Its not worth the hassle and shipping to return the 1/4" , how about you just ship me two of the correct 1/2" and charge my CC . Duncan”

“When ordering, the website stated a 10% code. After entering the code, it said my parts didn't qualify? I saw no stipulations for 10% off. Also, a free shipping banner came up on the website and was not available at checkout. All in all, it seemed misleading so 4 stars instead of 5. I will still shop with A-1 truck parts, great bunch of guys. Never had these issues at the counter.”

Hi Rick! We are sorry you had some issues regarding the 10% code! There is a stipulation of a $75 minimum spend required. Unfortunately, your order did not reach that. I would also be interested in knowing where the banner you saw was located as we should not have a free shipping promotion displayed on the website.
