I have used this for many years and find it very good but I have noticed that the frequency of the buses is not good over the last year

Very convenient although exit process could be simpler - keypad to enter pre-pay code at gate would be more efficient and not hold up traffic.

The online booking process was rather odd. I was only able to prebook if I took a full 24 hours which seemed rather odd for a short stay car park. Consequently I ended up spending £5 more than I needed to in order to prebook.

Handy to get to,reasonably priced,safe place to leave car,& transfer bus driver's polite & helpful.

Parking was fine but had to wait 12 mins for transfer bus on return instead of the advertised 5 mins

Only one small issue. Previous use of the system - on entering at the barrier the ticket dispensing unit displayed a "Welcome Mr Fraser" on the screen. My latest visit did not do so which made me think my reservation had not been recorded. All was however in order when leaving on my return from my trip.

Easy access, clearly marked and more space than normal in the parking bays. Less crowded too. Expensive but a good choice if you have a need for quick access to the terminal, also slightly quicker through Security.

For weeks now one side of the disabled parking has been coned off with no visible works taking place. I'm at the airport every Tuesday morning and yet to see anything happening. Due to the available disabled spaces being taken I had to go to the enquiries desk to enquire where to park as there was no clear indication of alternative parking for disabled drivers. I was told to move a cone and park. What exactly is going on here?

Dear Mrs McCombie Apologies for any inconvenience caused. The disabled spaces have been closed off in the Short Stay car park since 9th September to enable periodic maintenance of the advertising hoarding. The work was scheduled to commence this week but due to weather, the work will be starting next week. We aim to have these spaces re-opened to the public as soon as possible but for Health & Safety reasons they have to be closed to allow the work to happen. Currently we are upgrading any disabled space users to the Priority car park, once you are ready to leave please stop at customer services and you will be charged normal Short Stay car park rates. Our staff would be happy to assist on any future visits if you have issues.

It was great to park so close to the airport without having to get a bus. In the past we have had problems with the prepaid ticket not recognised and barriers not opening but this time the pre paid ticket worked allowing us to leave without a hitch.

Great location but quite difficult to get into as clearly an after thought to the airport terminal. Too many twists and turns to be "very good" I worked at Gatwick Airport for 17 years so know it can be well done with effective signposting, colour coding and branding. However the ANPR or the exit by ticket was good. Now I have sussed the complicated entry system I would use again.

Was very easy to use, bus driver helpful. Uneasy as no-one there to verify online booking, and expressed concern to driver on our way home, but he reassured me that if there was a problem and I had my printed booking sheet he would sort everything out for me. Everything was ok, so next time I use I will be more confident.

Booked in advance - meant no hold-ups as straight into parking (under cover too!) and into terminal. Also didn't have to queue to pay on way home. Full marks for these parts. However, on reaching exit barrierhad problem as would not let me out. Car next to me (also pre-paid ticket) had same problem. Cars backing up behind us. Attendant did come and sort out eventually but no response on intercom is frustrating as only seemed to be able to answer one query at a time.

Simple and straight forward process and good value for money,cheaper and quicker than waiting for a taxi at Aberdeen airport,would use again.
