“Excellent, payed upfront no messing about at pay machines and car less than 5 mins from baggage collection. Worth the extra when traveling with little ones and priority at security is a bonus again really good when trying to control toddlers.”

“Ample available spaces. No problems entering or exiting. Bus transfers not too long to wait for and drivers helpful. No noticible damage to car. A bit expensive!!!”

“Worked well, completely hassle free. Have used this system on a number of occasions, and sometimes the car registration number is not recognized and when you try to exit you are told to go and pay first which is a little frustrating.”

“I found the night staff extremely helpfully when we returned to find our car battery flat. The shuttle service friendly and regular. The parking spaces could be wider to accommodate some of the poor parking of your customers.”

“I am a regular user of the long stay car park but first time I actually pre-booked and this was an efficient and effective service. However the same old issue causes some concern around the bus stop start policy and schedule. It is very sporadic, no consideration for peak aircraft arrivals i.e. bus always at the "depot" while the system for leaving the car park could be improved. I have lost count of the number of times I have just parked or even got close to the main bus station when it just leaves for the terminal and often I just walk rather than wait for the 20 minute return time. Could a driver alert or "wait" button be employed to ensure the driver is aware that there is someone about to board?”

“A problem with ticket when leaving. Had pre paid for my stay but when I put the ticket in to exit it said I owed £246 and was unable to leave.had to then call for assistance and it was sorted but it was irritating”

“Transfers were fairly quick although there was no one there when we arrived and we had to ring to find out where bus was. In comparison to others I have used a good service.”

“Reasonable value for booking in advance and no problem finding space on first level. On other occasions when picking up arriving passengers the £1.00 initial charge should have an extended time period due to the time it can take passengers to retrieve their bags from the bagage reclaim. Parking charges increase quite rapidly once the short initial period has been exhausted.”

“Very good, easy to find. Pre paid on line, pulled up to the gantry, scanned number plate and issued ticket. Bus runs every 10 mins which was free. Fought bus back. Checked at machine and went to gantry. Inserted ticket and left. There are shelters and machines in car park, and buses on time.”
