“The only negative was that I was in a hurry when I returned to collect my car and I got held up for about 5 minutes as the barrier would not lift and it told me on the screen that I had to pay over £69 when I had prepaid. I had to wait for the attendant to let me out.”

“No problems with booking etc but when I wen tot exit the machine did not recognize that I'd paid and was trying to charge me for 3 full day rate. Got it sorted at customer services no problem but still unnecessary.”

“Arrived at long stay car park to find a van across the entry gate , we were then advised that the bus driver was not there, but we had been upgraded to the short stay car park. Will definitely use the short stay one next time if the holiday special is still on.”

“I had not used this car park before but found that the instruction were easy to understand and the shuttle bus was efficient but not very easy with heavy luggage. No assistance forthcoming from the driver which would be difficult for some people. It was very busy with parking spaces not easy to find. I would use the long stay car park again.”

“The process was very straightforward, until leaving the car park. Having inserted my ticket at the barrier the machine said I had an outstanding amount to pay, not recognising I had prepaid. However, the person I spoke to through the intercom dealt with this swiftly. Good value deal.”

“The parking is very convenient. The only let down is the fact that you can't book a space online on the same day as you travel. I had to book a short notice trip, and couldn't book for the first day. I had to go into customer service to link my first day ticket to the one I'd purchased for the rest of the trip.”
