“only thing i was not happy with was. our london flight was cancelled to aberdeen so we could not travel home on the friday night as planned. ba put us up in a hotel in heathrow and on the sat morning flight to get us home on sat morning only to be told from carpark attendant that i had to pay a further £22 to get my car out of the carpark at no fault of my own. thought this could have been waved as it was not my fault that ba cancelled our flight”

“was just a bit worried when i tried to leave the car park on the Sunday the machine asked me for £86 when i was fully per paid!”

“Great price for weekend use of the facility. My return flight diverted to Glasgow which meant that I was many hours overdue by the time I retrieved my car. I was especially pleased that the extra fees incurred were waived. Thank you very much for that.”

“Generally good for the first time we have used priority parking. Couple of points. Was not really sure of the procedure for exit once we had been issued with our parking ticket. As we had payed in advanced we decided to insert the ticket in the payment machinebefore we left the priority parking area. Glad we did as we had incurred a £22 pound charge as our flight was diverted to Glasgow due to fog.- had to get a coach back to Aberdeen!. Glad we decided to check as we would not have been able to exit at the exit barriers. Think it would also be appreciated that for flights diverted to other airports which result in an unplanned extended car park stay the extra charge could be waivered. But this would need flight details being taken at time of booking. thanks”

“The only negative was that when we inserted our ticket to exit the car park at the end of the stay, the machine said we were due £22, although I had prepaid the correct amount. This then means you have to actually go the ticket office to get the ticket verified.”

“The entrance to the car park was easy to find, entry to the car park was also easy ANPR picked up my registration and issued the car park ticket. On driving through the barrier and following the signs to the car park did it get a little long winded, winding you through the car park to an avaliable space, On my return to the car it was a matter of following the Exit signs and out throught the ANPR controlled barrier. My next visit will be easy, I now know the layout of the car park, which should make parkig my car much easier,”

“Every time i try to exit it says I have not paid despite me always pre paying. I have to press the help button and explain myself EVERY time.”

“The two ladies who were on duty had been working all day without getting any help but despite the lounge being very busy the night we were there and our flight being delayed they were very helpful. Thanks to them for making our visit an enjoyable one.”
