“First time I've used short term car park as I'm a fan of long stay and did find it slightly confusing as was not sure if I could park inside or if that was part of priority parking.perhaps needs more signage ?”

“Would have rated it very good but for the fact that my registration was not recognised when I arrived. Instead of ST62MPV it registered as T62MPV which caused a bit of a problem. Because of this we were told that we had to report to the office when we returned to Aberdeen and it took some time for us to exit the car park - rather than being able to proceed to the barrier at the exit signs immediately. Price for parking was great and the actual parking facility was excellent. It was only the administration that let it down.”

“I usually book in advance however it would also be helpful if we could book in advance on the SAME day as travel. It would also be advantageous to have pay points in the terminal so that you can pay for your parking while waiting for luggage if appropriate. The parking charges are far too expensive.”

“The only concern was on entering the Priority parking area there were only 2 spare spaces, if i had to exit and find a place in the general car park this would have made me quite unhappy and could have delayed my flight connection.”

“When the car park is very full the empty spaces are difficult to park in as the large 4 x 4s take up all available space either side. Otherwise very efficient pick up and delivery.”

“No problems, got a ticket, drove to a parking space, arrived back in Aberdeen four days later, drove my car to the exit barrier, put the ticket into the ticket machine, barrier opened I drove out. No problems at all.”

“I found that the process of booking, parking and exiting the car park exceptionally easy and congratulate the airport for this facility. We parked very near the airport departure area and all the instructions were very easy to follow with no problems whatsoever.”
