“Was only able to use this facility for about 40 minutes due to the time delays in getting through the desk and security. The check-in desks only opened about 2 hours prior to flight which meant byt he time we got through I found it less worthwhile. Would have to reconsidere using this facility again when using Aberdeen Airport.”

“It's a busy car park, however, booking on-line guarantees your place and the bus service is regular and the drivers are welcoming. I would have no hesitation in recommending this facility.”

“Good and economical cost for parking. Only problem was 20 minute wait for bus on the return.”

“Easy to find a parking space and short distance from terminal. Good deal buying direct on the airport site. Only snag was that the ticket didn't work at the automated barrier at the exit and was asking for the full fee. A quick chat with staff via the intercom and someone came running and let me out after verifying my order that i thankfully had on my phone.”

“Attended the long stay car park and was directed to go to the short stay car park as despite booking early the long stay car park was full. Parked the car and went on our holiday. On return proceeded to the exit and was faced with a bill for £330. We reversed to the office where everything was sorted out. A bit of a scare.”

“It was good to find the car park, the system to recognize the number plate and let you in is amazing, fast and safe although there were not enough information about where exactly you can/cant leave your car, we were 100% sure about the spaces because it was some for motorbikes and for big cars.”

“Easy access to the terminal but despite having booked and paid in advance, my car registration was not recognised on the way out and almost £200 was asked for by the machine. Luckily the staff on duty are very helpful and raised the barrier when I explained… Good that you get priority security included”

“This was booked through the web-site at what I thought was a good price, howefer on returnihg I was shocked on putting my ticket in the mach7ne 8n leaving, to find I a9parently owed over £168.00! Had it not been for a very helpful bus-driver of the shuttle bus, I would have been delayed for a lot longer, as there did not appear to be anyone in the office at the site. I think this left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, as I was delayed getting back to my(disabled) wife, who was waiting patiently at the airport for my return with the car.”

“The parking was fine. However, my prepaid reservation had been lost on the system leading to a delay in exiting. The lady who helped me was very efficient and sorted it out as I had the receipt. Hoping this doesn't happen again this week.”

“Easy to find on the internet and easy to go through the payment process. I guess the only thing would have been clearer instructions with respect to holding onto the entrance ticket to use it at the exit - but I did figure that out!!”

“I returned after a weeks holiday to find a dent on my offside passenger door. Not sure who was parked next to me!!! The spaces are extra wide so obviously someone who swung open their door and couldn't care less.”
