“It would be useful if you could edit your booking whilst away, as I needed to stay away one more day!”

“Has improved especially on this trip. The last twice it did not recognise my registration plate and asked for over £250.00 when I tried to leave. I did send a note to you, but did not receive a response.”

“Easy to use system, with character recognition when you enter the car park, and then no need to call at any desks or kiosks when you return to pick up your car. The barrier at the exit point know you have paid already on line You sometimes arrive and wonder if you will find a space. Are you guaranteed a space if you have paid up front ? I don't know. Bus system is OK with very friendly and helpful drivers. We did have to wait quite a long time at the terminal for a bus to come, but that might have been because they were making some building alterations”

“Easy to book, but efficiency of shuttle bus from airport to car park and back is useless. booked twice with you now and both times i have had to walk from the car park to airport and back again. Luckily it isn't far. This has nothing to do with the bus being slow or not on time - it was just never there at all.”

“The Priority parking is very good for me due to the size of my SUV. I have used it for holidays abroad and short breaks alike. However it seems that the cost of using Priority parking has spiralled over the last year ? I tried to book it for my usual summer holidays, and found the price to be exorbitant. It will certainly be cheaper for me to use taxis this year and leave the car at home.”

“Although the overall service is good. I have a number of issues I would raise. I use the car park frequently and on more than one occasion, I have driven in and the bus has been at the stance. But the time I parked and made my way for the bus, it had left. The driver cannot fail to see a car coming in and should wait. Secondly, why is the bus not aligned with the flight arrival. It seems that I always have to call for the bus. Lastly, I was born in Aberdeen and at times have become embarrassed by the frumpiness of the drivers. Politeness and a smile would go some way to making me fell at home”

“All went smoothly. Close to airport exit. Only thing that let it down was on exit couldn't exit at barrier and had to drive back to ticket office and queue to get ticket verified.”
