“We use this service because the cost is equal to, or often less than, the return taxi fare. Booking online costs less than paying at the gate and there is the pleasing feature of being greeted by name at the entry barrier. We especially value this service when returning late on a cold winter's night when there are passengers from at least two other flights competing for the taxi rank. We have also used the long stay facility, which is good value for the price. We will certainly use the short stay weekender service again.”

“Need to have a better link to late flights to save hassle at the gate when leaving. My flight was 30 min late and although helpful I had to try and justify why I was late leaving and why I hadn't allowed more time to exit!”

“Great arrive at airport parking machine pops out receipt welcoming you to airport by name good touch and there you go . Quick and simple like it should be .”

“Generally good experience. I have always found the shuttle bus drivers very helpful but on the return from our trip I thought the driver quite difficult - it was raining very heavily and he didn't offer to stop as we passed our car but continued to the official stop some distance away & we got soaked. Whilst I'm sure he was sticking to the "rules" it was not particularly friendly nor helpful”

“The bus was waiting there, and it was very fast. There are a lot of places for parking. I didn't have any problem for looking for a place. I was happy with the service.”

“It was great to be so near the terminal - especially for coming home. However, I felt that the instructions for leaving didn't prepare me properly as I used the Pay Machine to call for help and confirm my actions but no-one answered after 5 minutes of continuously pressing the help button. It would assist "first-timers" like me if some instructions were on the payment machines. I then decided to leave and see what happened but nearly had a heart attack when it came up on the exit that I had to pay over £83!!!! I had already reversed to go and find someone before they came on the intercom and asked questions to confirm my prepayment. Not trouble-free, but I'll know better if I decide to use it again.”

“Barrier went up ,on entry ,without giving a ticket...this lead to several telephone calls to allow exit ...took longer than expected!! Taxi collection at airport was very good.”

“Excellent value for money. I was a little sceptical about the automatic barrier number plate recogntion technology, but it was faultless, so no problems at all. Very smooth.”

“This was ideal for our needs as I was travelling with my disabled mother who has mobility issues. We were able to park very close to the airport. My only negative aspect was the cost which I thought was quite pricey for a long weekend”
