Met my needs. Didn't use the courtesy bus as I choose to walk - much better for you! The discount for internet booking is rather small, and I suspect the cheap £3.50 offer is a gimmick as it wasn't available when I booked.

Very convenient and staff were helpful. Suggestion: since the cameras recognise number plates, no need for tickets on such bookings. Could operate a Direct Debit system by linking car registration to an account.

The road layout requires modifications to prevent the repeated clash of vehicles and pedestrians at the area between the exit to the parking building adjacent to the elevators and the road crossing.

every time I have used this service, i have been delayed on exit by the gate machine not recognising the ticket. This is rectified by call the office, but a frustrating delay is the resukt.

As ever car parking in airports is expensive. Combined with a distinct lack of options for public transport services to Aberdeen airport options for me who is based in Cults and Altens East is very limited. In saying that the car parking service works.

Booking and arrival is flawlwss. However, every time I have used the service, I get to the exit , insert ticket, get told I have yet to pay, press call button 30 sec later the attendant raises the barrier after verifying the booking is prepaid. Fix the bug please! It was not a one off occurrence.

First use of this parking found the bays of good size, only thing I had pre-paid but was stopped at barrier and was requested for payment but good response from attendant.

Access and exit are simple and convenient, no need to queue at pay machines. Cost is still high even when pre-booked online.

On using the short stay holiday special parking for the first time, I managed to get mixed up on arrival home by inserting my prepaid parking card in the pay slot in the machine. Panic followed, but thankfully, help was quite fast and efficient and I was allowed to exit without having to repay! Will make sure I check the procedure before my next visit. Apart from my incompetence, it was excellent being able to park so close to the airport.

This trip was fine. I had cause to complain on a couple of previous occasions where the response time for the bus to come to the terminal for pick-up on return was excessive, but my complaint appears to have been taken on board and the service this time was good.

I frequently use Priority Parking and delighted to have this opportunity to feed back. I am extremely happy with the service but do have one constant niggle. I always pre-book and I always get held up at the barrier being requested to pay an outstanding balance. I then have to phone the attendant - who sometimes responds faster than others and we go throught the ritual of taking my ticket back out, replacing it and then the attendant manual operates the barrier. Can someone please get this sorted out (and then the service would be "Very Good")? I would be very interested in receiving a genuine response to this. Dave Russell (davessur@aol.com)

Car battery was flat when I got back and operator was extremely helpful with jump start equipment and I was soon back on the road. Thank you.

Found pre booking an advantage as just going into the park and paying the normal daily rate is very expensive.

I enjoy the availability of the service except for one thing and that is the time it takes to exit the car park through the barriers. Inevitably you wait for an answer at the attendant button and then another wait while they search a list for your name. Apart from that minor frustration i am a regular user of the service and will remain so.
