First time used so thought the bus stopped at your car, small thing I suppose but in some cases it would be helpful, I now see that it would be good to park close to the shelters but that isn't always possible, when we parked on the morning of the 7th the car park was almost surprisingly full.

Quick to book online and nice welcome on entry. Not enough covered spaces (to avoid seagulls !) but only 5 mins walk to terminal.

Parking is good. Bus drivers are excellent. Website booking could be a little friendlier, but it works. I park here often - I'd like to be rewarded more with better savings. It still seems pretty expensive to me

The morning service was very good with a very pleasant helpful driver. Coming back we had to wait a few minutes after I phoned as the bus was not there. When it came it stopped much further along the kerbside than the official stop.

I love the priority parking, the only problem is when trying to exit the barrier control does not open on production of the ticket and a call to the operating centre has to be done each time for verification. This is very frustrating particularly when there are a number of vehicles queing behind.

Recently good service. ?There were just few places left on that morning - not sure if the car parking space would be full even if you have booked online.

It worked well and we found a space easily this time. On the return, the bus wouldn't let us off anywhere near the car, so I had to walk the length of the car park back for the car and pick up the family and all the luggage from the bus stop. Clearly the driver was not supposed to stop anywhere that isn't an official stop, but there should be one just inside the barrier.

Exit procedure could do with some re-work. The current procedure requires calling the assistant to verify the booking code and authorise the payment at the exit barrier and so holds up everyone behind.

Good service close to airport. Staff are friendly and car park secure. Only negative points: 1) traffic from airport during rush hour can lead to delays with bus service between car park and airport and 2) parking bays are a bit tight for larger vehicles.

I managed the parking entry ok: I had pre-booked and pre-paid, was recognised at the barrier and issued with a ticket found the bay and bus-stop with no problem. The bus stops were well indicated so got back to my car ok on return. The problem was that I was not recognised getting out of the car park, my ticket was not accepted and I wasn't sure how to cope. The phone in the kiosk by the exit barrier didn't seem to work at first, and I really was panicking that I wouldn't be able to get away. Eventually I did get a response from the phone, and was told what to do, but the button I was told to press on the barrier was not well marked and in the dusk was not that easy to spot. When I did locate it and got through I was feeling very panicky and a bit annoyed. I had not used an automated system before, previously I had checked in and out with people who knew the system. Given the choice, I would prefer the old system even if it did mean queueing. Maybe a compromise would be automated entry and assisted exit. By the time I got out it was dark and foggy and I was quite frightened which I could do without after a day travelling and a five hour drive to come.

Everything went OK until I tried to leave, and then found my pre paid ticket needed validation at the kiosk, which rather negates the whole idea of pre paying. You use number plate recognition for heavens sake so as you automatically recognised me entering the car park, you should have recognised the car leaving !

I am very happy with this possibility and I especially appreciate the buss schedule, till now, I never waited more than a few minutes!

Everything went well except the number plate recognition system. However a quick chat to the operative and she opened the barrier.

very quick and easy way of leaving your car at a reasonable price, It was secure and the bus takes you straight to the terminal so no long walk with your luggage

Getting into the car park is simple and easy., however, the exit process is laborious and frustrating. The ANPR process has not worked ever for me, resulting a) Me blocking an exit lane, b) Delay in getting out of the car park. and c) On occasion getting soaked when the attendant could not respond to the button call as he was busy with others

car park is good, only critique is that spaces can be very narrow especially in the covered area
