“The parking location is very convenient with just a short walk to the terminal building. I also appreciate the wide parking bays as there's nothing more frustrating than trying to remove luggage from a car when you can't fully open the doors! However, I'm always frustrated that, when you attempt to leave the car park, the barrier never opens and says that you "owe" the full amount. This is even when you have pre-booked online and pre-paid. Although the car park attendants are very helpful, this delay is quite frustrating, particularly when there's a queue of other cars delayed behind you.”

“we had a problem on the way out my ticket had the wrong registration on it (out by one digit) however i spoke to someone remotely and resolved the problem? we were however delayed for approximately 15 min getting out of the car park.”
