“Good service but more competitive pricing where more flexibility is required (on departure/arrival date) would help. My main reason for using this service is to have a parking space big enough to reduce the risk of damage to my car. The priority parking in Aberdeen achieves this but it is difficult to justify for longer trips when it becomes very expensive (my tipping point is where a taxi from/to home becomes more cost effective)”

“The parking area and location is excellent but I still don't undertsand why you have to take your booking sheet to the ofice to have it checked and signed and have your parking ticket approved. Surely this could be automated to let you get away more efficiently?”

“The service worked reasonably well and saved me a probable 30 minute queue in the normal security line and therefore allowed me to catch my flight. I bought the service on line while at the airport as it wasn't clear how to make the purchase via the machines at the terminal (one of which wasn't working anyway). As a Sky Priority member on Skyteam it is very annoying that this status doesn't give automatic priority security access at ABZ but this is maybe an airline rather than an airport issue.”

“The rates and the process are excellent and trouble free. I always book in advance now when travelling from Aberdeen. My only gripe is having to validate the ticket on exit. An important aspect of using priority is to be able to exit with little delay. In contrast to booking and entering the car park, the exit is clunky. you have to queue at the office to validate your ticket before you can get through the barrier. On my last visit that took 15 mins which is too long. Great service but the exit process need to be as somooth as the entry.”

“Good Price, exactly the same as the long stay when booked in advance for the weekend and allows parking at the terminal building saving valuable time. Only issues was ticket would not work on exit but was easily sorted at the office in 5 minutes.”

“Car parking is fine. Access routes to the road when leaving are poor especially at certain times of the day and this needs dealing with soon.”

“Booking early meant we got a very good deal on parking. When we arrived back from holiday there was a shuttle bus waiting at the airport and we were back at our car in no time. If only the same could be said about the journey to the airport. We waited for a shuttle bus for 30 minutes and my husband and another passenger had just gone down to the main entrance to see what the hold up was when a bus arrived.”

“The access into and the parking itself could not be easier. The spaces are nice and large and the parking is very secure and very close to the airport. My only negative is that my pre-paid ticket NEVER lets me out the carpark and I always have to call the operator and confirm some details before I get to leave the carpark. This is a real pain as I estimate that 8 non priority cars leave the carpark as I have to sit there with my window open in all weathers speaking to an operator trying to get out. I realise it is only a few minutes but it negates the speed from which I can get from the airport to the car when other collegues that have used the normal carpark are on their way before me.”

“The normal short stay service is good, only issue I have is with the Priority Service where you have to confirm the booking before being let through the barrier. Surely the Priority Service should be better than standard, any advantage of being closer is nullified by the wait on departure.”
