Service is good and efficient - one health warning though. I booked & paid on line for this. On arrival I entered the PRIORITY parking which let me in and then let me out after my stay. When I tried to leave the carpark, it demanded an oustanding balance of £89.00 !!!!. I spoke with the APCO guy in the office and he advised I was not authjorised to park in Priroity parking, even though it will let you in / out. In fairness, the guys waived the charge but warned if I did it again, I would have to pay. Suggest it needs to be clearer before you enter Priority Zone or in fact, the barrier shouldn't even lift to let you in to avoid this mistake. That said, the guys handled themselves well from a PR perspective so I'll be back to use again - just be warned !!!!!

Pre-booking easy, proximity to Airport excellent but a pity that when i put in my ticket at the exit barrier it said i was due to pay £69.00. Re-parked the car and went to customer services and they were excellent and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently.

On the last 2 occasions I have had difficulty leaving the car park, having to contact customer services. The last visit I had to wait until someone arrived to manually open the barrier. Not as slick as I would have expected for a pre-paid service

Easy to book online with a quick and reliable bus service to the terminal. Also good value for money.

This was our first time using this facility. We found it a bit confusing after gaining access to the car Park as the route to the parking zone was a bit torturous and we thought that we might just get directed out. We did not know what we were supposed to do with the ticket and computer print out once we had parked and could not find anyone to talk to. However on the way back we got help from a very nice attendant who explained what to do. Very simple at the end of the day. The next time we will have no such difficulty but it would be helpful to have a fools guide in the print out as to the procedure to follow.

Barrier did not lift when exiting car park after inserting ticket. Got a message on screen saying I had to pay 11 pounds extra despite the fact I had paid in advanced through your website and I was picking the car an hour earlier. Had to call for help and problem was solved efficiently however things like this should not happen especially after a long day of traveling. Suggest you talk to your IT consultant to find out where the disconnect is between website reservation system and the ticket reader in the automatic gate system. Thank you, Oscar Yepes

I value the discounted prices for the short-stay car park. While they should properly be more expensive than the long-stay, the premium should not be too great for advanced booking. It is worth a reasonable premium for myself with a young family and luggage to avoid the bus and extra time from the long-stay but not too great. Short-notice use of the short-stay car park can still attract business users and higher premiums.

Good value. Only problem was the ticket did not register that we had pre-paid and would not let us through the exit barrier. We had to go to customer services where the problem was rectified quickly.

Had a problem that my wife had quoted the wrong registration number on my on-line advanced booking but the Customer Services man on duty sorted out the issue quickly and gopt me on my way. Overall a good experience

The price was OK - any mrs & I would have used an alternative. The bus to the terminal was v. quick. I would definitely use this car park again.

Some of the lighting on the perimeter was off, leaving some cars in darker areas, not acceptable.
