“The car I originally registered had a mechanical failure the night prior to parking so I went on line and amended the booking with my wife's car registration. I received a confirmation and printed that out with the new details. When I came to depart somedays later, I refused exit and advised I owed £207. I parked again and went to the kiosk. They had no record of the car registration change but when I showed them the printed confirmation they amended the booking to let me out with no further charges. Inconvenient after a long trip and poor weather on arrival in Aberdeen. Disappointing that the booking system never registered the change. Otherwise, iris a good deal.”

“Proximity good Access and exit fast Pre pay option works well Price is high but still better value than long stay with wait for bus. If price went much higher I would seriously consider other options though.”

“It was my first visit and it took a bit of time to understand how to exit after having pre-paid. In the end I found that number plate recognition is used and that it the 6 digit booking ref is on the entry ticket you can just drive out. Maybe a good idea to somehow print that on the ticket. What happens if my flight arrives late? I assume there will be an additional charge requested at the exit.”

“Very pleased with the price of the stay but the instructions said take a ticket and use the ticket to exit the car park at the end of the stay but machine said we owed £184, had to go to kiosk stand in the cold at 11pm and wait for man to fill in forms and then give me a ticket that would work to get us out. BUT would use again at the same price.”

“I was disappointed that there weren't any contact details on the website to call the car park. I had been stuck in Aberdeen traffic for 50 mins and looked as if i might miss my flight, so I had wanted to call ahead to see if I could upgrade to the short stay car park to save me time. But looking on the website I couldn't find any phone details. I then went into manage my booking and there wasn't any way to upgrade my booking once it had been made. It would be useful to put on your website that at peak traffic times in Aberdeen that it can take 40-60 mins longer to get through coming from the south side. I had travelled up from Edinburgh. With the size of the city you don't expect to have this amount of delay. It took me 30 mins to get through one round about from joining the queue. Other than that it was a good experience.”

“It worked well. The only thing we weren't sure about was whether we could just drive out or whether I had to do something with our ticket and the payment machine. I spoke to someone on the intercom who was very helpful and I learned that the ticket had enough information on it, including my vehicle reg, to just drive out. I imagine that there are people who end up putting their ticket in the machine.”
