“It was very easy to book, the bus service was quick and easy to call when I returned (after 10pm), and the location is good. The only reason this is not a "very good" review rather than a "good" one is that I think it is too expensive by about 20%.”

“Very quick and easy to get to terminal. The courtesy bus was waiting on both the trips to and from the terminal. The driver was friendly and helpful. My only concern was the car park was very icy to walk across. I realise that this is to be expected in the NE of Scotland in winter but in always disquieting to try to negotiate ice particularly if you have a history of of a broken hip!”

“The pre-booking price of just over £50 for eight days was really good, Not very pleased about getting held up at the exit barrier while we discussed with the office attendant why we did not need to pay the £207.88 as we had pre-booked. We were let through pretty quickely without a problem. It does beg the question why your computer system did not recognise the pre-booking when we entered with the car registration that had been used in the pre-booking? This seems to work OK at Edinburgh and Glasgow -or perhaps this is yet another 'wonder' of Aberdeen International Airport!!”

“This is my first problem, ever, with this car park. I'd prebooked parking, but NPR camera hadn't recognised my number plate and wanted payment when leaving. Help desk staff excellent. It only took a couple of minutes to find booking, and raised the barrier. (Esp my car was freezing cold)”
