“Very easy to use, book online, turn up , park (lots of spaces) ,walk for less than a minute, to check in. Even better on the way back, bags in car, drive to gate and leave. Will use this service again. Only down side was....I have to submit a receipt for business expenses would be nice to have a better receipt to attach to my expenses.”

“The Short Stay service offering is hugely beneficial and the easy online booking system works very well and minimises any stress for making travel arrangements. In addition, I have always found the staff to be very polite and helpful. My only critique would be that on the previous two (2) consecutive occasions, when I have put in my card at the barrier to exit the car park it has advised that there was still an 'outstanding balance' to be paid. Having pre-paid for the service, this is at first a shock, however a quick press on the call for assistance button has resolved matters. This may however be something which can be improved going forward to reduce instances of this happening. Thank you.”

“Very happy with the service. No delay waiting for the bus in either direction. Friendly staff. Only minor niggle was not being sure what the exit procedure was (a sign in the bus or in the shelters would have helped).”

“Bought parking online. The ticket produced from the barrier did not have the number required to get out printed on it. Could not get out without paying £88. 10.00 in the morning and not a soul or any staff around. Phone call from the vacant reception telephone and things were sorted out. Parked in here a few times now with no problem. I would still recommend. Crap happens.”

“I was looking at prices for an option forgoing for a weeks holiday and was pleasantly surprised at the Holiday Special price. That is an acceptable price for a weeks parking, anything more the cheaper option is getting a lift to and from the airport from family or friends. Charge a reasonable rate and I will certainly return.”

“Very handy parking so close to the terminal, unfortunately when I went to exit I was informed I owed £387. I had in fact pre-paid. This is the second time this has happened although it was quickly rectified.”
