“Booking the offer on line was easy and simple. The process of picking up the ticket on entry and not having to go to a machine to pay was great. I had a problem with my car (battery was flat) Two members of the car park staff came over and a Jump start kit was brought over. It did not work but not through any fault of theirs and I called the AA out. The staff ushered the AA guy into the car park and directed him to me and I eventually started the engine. The staff were first class! Well done. Unrelated: the only negative for that car park is forcing pick-up drivers into the car park so they have to pay for very short durations is a rip-off.”

“Priority Weekender is an excellent service which is let down by the access to and from the aircraft. You have the affrontary to call yourseves an international airport but provide a third rate service. The steps to the plane more often than not have no cover so you end up going up the steps very slowly being hit by what ever the Aberdeen weather chooses to throw at you. Arriving this past Sunday to be told that the steps had not been de-iced and that we had to take extra care as they were slippery. A huge accident claim waiting to happen. We have people arriving at Aberdeen from all over the world, what an embarrasment!”

“Booking & finding the car park was very easy. We got parked very easily & didn't have long to wait for the free shuttle bus. Arriving back at Aberdeen in the evening we just used the telephone to request our pick up & the bus came straight round. All in all a very good service.”
