“On Sat. 22, 25.I have been going to ACE in Groveland Fl. I have never had a bad experience. All employees are helpful. They stay with.me when I explain what I am looking for. Stu helped me on last visit when I explained what I was trying to do with plexiglass and C clamps for a yarn knitting.”

“Today, 2/21/25, I was in search of some specialty screws and Lowe's advised they could not assist me but that the Ace Hardware (Gavin's Ace Hardware - 16054) in Cape Coral, Florida had what I needed. I proceed to Ace and when I entered the store, I was met by a young man, an Ace employee named Marc. Mark asked if he could be of assistance and I advised him of my predicament and showed him the electrical device that required specific screws in stainless steel. Marc walked me over to the hardware isle and with a careful, methodical, search located the screws, the washers and nuts needed to complete my installation. The search was rather tedious and it would have taken me an hour to locate what Marc located in about five-minutes. Marc had an exceptionally professional demeanor, was funny and helpful. I wanted to commend Marc for a job well done and for taking pride in his job and service to his customer.”

“I can’t say enough about Ace hardware on Clayton Road , bought a new weed trimmer head and it didn’t work for me , i took it back to the store to return it , JT help me put the new one on , He is one awesome Guy thank you so much didn’t realize you guys could do that you guys are awesomeThank you ace hardware, and JT you are the best.”

“Yesterday I had the pleasure of being becoming acquainted with Ace Hardware home services they came to unclog the drain in my kitchen and they were wonderful. They were knowledgeable, personable, and most of all they were affordable and they had my problem solved quickley. love the experience will call them again.”

“Love the Buckwalter store in Bluffton SC. They are all very helpful. They take me to what I need. Laura the cashier is very nice and personable. She is friendly and always has a smile on her face. Ace is my go to hardware store.”

“I had a real need to find the right size of "O" Ring for a water filter system. I checked with Ace Hardware to see if they could help and the young fellow checked ever so carefully to make sure to fit the size that I needed. I was impressed with the efficiency and more than happy that the "O" Ring did the job!”

“I was hesitant to go into Ace Hardware in Oceanside because I needed help with something and last year I encountered an employee who was very condescending and dismissive. Well, to my surprise I encountered two employees in Hardware that couldn’t do enough for me. Pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. They were a pleasure to deal with and solved my problem. Two Star employees. Certainly my heroes of the day! Ace should be proud!”

“I've always loved this store. Everybody is friendly & eager to help but on this nite when I needed a new head & string on my weedeater 2 associates went out of their way to help me. David & Kalyn didn't try to rush me out beings it was close to closing time & a Friday nite! Long story short there were complications since my machine is older not kept up but David stuck it out changed my head PLUS took extra time showing me how to restring on my own. I'm older & single so this all is an extra plus for me & very comforting to have available. I'm forever grateful for them & I've been looking for a self propelled push mower & bc of his knowledge & patience he'll prob be the person to sell 1 to me. THANK U DAVID AT THE JOPLIN ACE HARDWARE ON MAIDEN LANE. IT SHOWS I GAVE A 3 STAR RATING NOT TRUE TOTALLY 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!”
