“Stopped by Ace in Durango again and Chris saw me right away, called me by name with a big smile and asked me how I was enjoying my new Ego snow blower, which I absolutely love. I even got a credit on my electric bill. Then he helps me find everything on my shopping list, along with an new Ego lawn mower with a huge rebate discount and a ton of info about Ego kit discounts. This is the BEST customer service I've experienced since I moved to Durango, last year. Thank you Ace for hiring this guy and thanks again and kudos to Chris !”

“I ordered a bag of grass seed on line, but I didn't change the pick-up location to Midland. When I stopped in to pick up my order, Brooke realized my mistake, and asked me to pull up my ACE app on my phone, to vancel and re-order the seed. I wasn't sure how to proceed, so Brooke took my phone and canceled the order. She then sold me the same bag of grass seed, and honored my $10 coupon. Thank you Brooke, it's employees like you who keep me coming back to ACE whenever I have a home project.”

“KUDOs to the staff at ACE Hardware Store on the Island. I needed a ceiling medallion cut in half. As a DIY always helping a neighbor, I know I can always find everything there. Roger referred me to Ron. What a talented team they have at this store, always willing to offer a helping hand. The staff are always very professional. Oh, my and find so many other. things to purchase. Keep up the magnificent work ethics everyone, you’re the “BEST”.”

“Need to purchase a new lawn mower.... because the old one was no longer repairable. ACE did a great job of helping me select a mower that would do the job... but did not need all the more expensive features”
