“I was having a rough day at work came to the store to grab some supplies. I was easily getting frustrated this kind young lady by the name of Rose seem to have noticed she dropped what she was doing. Came right over to section I was at and made sure everything was okay I apologized for my language cause I was cussing a lil bit but regardless of that she helped me get what I need and Also had a friendly conversation about she gets frustrated too with her job sometimes but she always keeps trying not only did this motivate me it honestly made me proud for how strong this young lady can be she understood what I was going through, she related to my problems which kinda made me feel better knowing that she also gets frustrated for little things at work. -Rose noticed a problem upon a frustrated customer. -Rose acted without any hesitation and provided mental support, emotionally a support. -Rose ensured the customer felt understood,valid ,and respected. If this isn’t 5 star customer service then I don’t know what is.”

“probably one of the best ace hardware in Denver in my opinion. First step I took in the store was greeted by smiles. I believe the employee name was Ms Rosie or rosalinda something with rose in it but anyways she went to an extent to make sure my needs were met, and not once did she complain or show any signs of irritation. She simply was professional, Wholehearted, compassionate. Recommended this store to some of buddies simply off one good interaction. Good job ace hardware Good job Rosie thank you.”

“I went yesterday to the Ace Hardware in Norridge. 8330 W. Lawrence Ave. I cannot believe the exceptional service I received from every department. I was amazed how much they helped me download a $10 coupon , just so that I can get the mason jars, that I wanted. They took so much time with me and really had excellent customer service. Dave helped me download, the Ace app. (He had so much patience with me.) I was so overwhelmed by the cashier, as well. She took so much time, getting to know me my needs, & educating me as well, with some upcoming new products. I will return, very soon to purchase their honey, it can has amazing benefits, & I’m told the owners wife makes it from her own honeycomb hive. If you haven’t already visited the store, you’re really missing out. It is filled with so many beautiful, decor, decor & unique gifts to purchase for any age. what a wonderful group of employees.”

“I had some paint matched and it was a little dark when it dried so I called and spoke with Kelly. She said bring the paint and an item painted and she would do her best to fix it. Went to the store and Noah lightened up the paint and Kelly made sure it was right, even walked outside in the sunlight to verify. After returning back home and painting the spots it was spot on! Perfect color match. I know this seems minor but it was the customer service I get when going to mayfield ace that I like the most. Never have I had a bad experience at mayfield! Great employees make the business…. Remember folks, shop small business, these are the people that support out community.”

“I LOVE ACE Hardware store on Arapahoe and Parker, I went in not knowing what exactly I was looking for as far as paint was concerned but Brit helped me with everything I needed from sheen, colors (4) and brand best for our 2500 sf home we are completely redoing. They delivered all of our paint to our home 30 min from the store at rush hour, manager and owner went above and beyond to facilitate us with everything we need and didn't know we needed to complete our project. the employees are the nicest and knowledgeable I have experienced in a home store. “Era went past the call of duty today in helping me find a particular clock. He not only told me Ace carries the one I wanted, but checked to be sure it was in stock—and had it ready for me to buy when I came in the store! Era is a keeper—don’t let him go! Janice McClung”

“They are always Great, They are friendly, Always happy to tell you what isle, or even take you to the spot. 99% of the time they have what i want or something close. Sometimes the price isn't even higher, but even if it is a little higher the convenience makes it worth the trip.”

“I was at my local Ace Hardware in Hendersonville, Tennessee, where I bought several bags of dirt and mulch. Since I’m in my mid 70s, it’s harder for me to pick up these heavy bags of dirt to place them in my trunk. I want to thank Jake, Hendersonville, Tennessee, Ace Hardware, associate for placing these heavy bags of dirt in my trunk. Jake was very nice and pleasant and it is a credit to Ace Hardware. Nice job Jake.”

“As a complete beginner in tropical fish care, I walked into the ACE Hardware Festival City branch feeling overwhelmed but thanks to Dissan in the Aquarium section, I left feeling confident and excited to start my journey. Dissan’s genuine concern for both the buyer and the wellbeing of the fish truly sets him apart. He didn’t just try to sell me products, he took the time to explain which fish were suitable for a beginner and which ones I should avoid for now. His advice was thoughtful, practical, and clearly rooted in experience. What impressed me most was that he wasn’t focused on how much I would spend, but rather on making sure I started off right—with healthy fish and the proper setup. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and sincerely invested in helping customers succeed. Thank you, Dissan, for your kindness and guidance. “Bought a Zero-Turn Huskavarnah riding mower. Was $3200 but after my dad got his veteran discount and everything was finalized came to $2861. Not only that but went above and beyond and delivered the mower to my home. Oustanding service.”
