“Spoke on phone. They explained excesses , no claims etc for my 17 yr old son with a provisional licence. No telematics , competitive price. So far can not fault them”

“Got car insurance with these thinking it be ok, payed deposit and 2 months payment for them to turn round and up our monthly charge and charge us an extra £400 to stay with them to then cancel what a money grabbing time waster STAY CLEAR”

“Fantastic Service, I am a provisional driver and I was nervous about phoning for the first time to get insurance on my car, but the gentleman who I spoke with was very good! He explained everything very clearly and did not make me feel pressured at all! I was very comfortable while talking to these people, will definitely look at them in the future after a great service! “I've been insured with A-choice for a month and have had a pleasant experience. I had troubles making the payment, due to my own personal circumstances. They offered me a 50/50 payment option which really helped me out. The guy I was speaking with on the phone was very friendly and helpful. They request your driving license details, but that's standard for most providers. I had lost my driving license and been having trouble getting a new one. A-choice very quickly extended my deadline and were very understanding of my issues. I'm not sure what all the one-star reviews are about as I've had nothing but a positive experience so far. Not to mention their extremely competitive premiums.”

“I called in early evening (peak time) and was on hold for short while but very helpful operator picked up and took my details and said yes there very busy and would pass my details to manager to get someone to call me back they even asked for both mobile and landline numbers and within 5 minuits they called back and within 15 minuits I had insurance for my car , I cant remember staff names but both persons I spoke to were brilliant and I am a 17 year old with my first car so didnt know how things would be as this is my first insurance . Just like to say big big thank you”
