“I have tried multiple times online and in store to resolve my issue with empty promises. I made a wrong payment and would just like to get my money back.
A big company like Ackermans should be able to resolve a simple issue like this in a few working days, but incompetency results in absolute ignorance from Ackermans and staff.
Can this please be resolved as soon as possible, so that I can close my account and buy from retailers who are competent and able to provide fair customer service.”
“The most rude call centre/consultants. The tone, approach especially the Xhosa speaking ladies. They are all the same as if they are trained in rudeness, they take the cup. Never ever in my life will I but from Ackermans on credit.
They are not consistant with the monthly statements. I can't even remember when last I received a statement from them...I'm done”
“I bought a Connex laptop from their Palm Springs store late in 2021, it had technical glitches. I took in for repairs in February this year at President Hyper in Vanderbiljpark since it was still under warranty. I learned it was not booked in, they never called us, their number on the slip does not work.
Went to the store, was told it was kept in their store room for over 6 weeks, the store manager had it booked but was rejected as it now had a cracked screen!!!!!!! Inherited from their store!”
