“Not great service/communication.
I placed an order for Spiro shorts and got confirmation they would arrive between 8th -15th April.
I waited until the 20th before sending a message to ask when they’d be dispatched, and was just told there was a banner on the website to tell customers about delays. I’d already checked this banner before ordering as I am well aware of the impact of the current situation on delivery times etc. It listed Spiro among the brands they were able to supply at that time whilst orders for other brands were on hold.
I replied asking to cancel the order and got no response.
I sent a new email a few days later, again asking to cancel. They replied on Tues 28th to say they could cancel, so I replied directly and also sent a separate email confirming I wanted to cancel.
The shorts were dispatched to me on Fri 1st May in spite of this. It feels like they chose to ignore my last emails to avoid a refund.”
“in these times of virus i know it cant be easy for you to give normal super service.part of my order you had bu the jerseys fron front row were held up(i know as i was in the dark re order status.i phoned got a hard working and nice guy who told me info)i received order soon after.i will buy from you in future.hopefully when virus is not so deadly.thank you”
“Products are very good but the company has a very poor communication system.
The current Virus may be the cause but the customer should always be kept in the loop.”
“I understood when ordering that there were two 'weights' of garment - I requested the heavier.
The items on arrival appear to be the 'lightweight' version.
For such a small order (5 items) it was not worth returning goods. I suggest intending purchasers take great care they are to receive that which they ordered.”
“Supposed to be ladies but all sizing proportions were strange. Bought regular length but came up a little short on the leg still. Material thinner than expected but comfortable. Waistband a little snug even though I bought a size up and expected to have to wear a belt and obviously baggy round the front zip area so I wear my work T-shirt out to cover this. Not fitted for a ladies shape really. They’re only for work though and do the job but I wouldn’t buy another pair.”
“I have received this item but to date have not received a refund for the one I returned, this maybe due to the post being affected by the Coronavirus I’m not sure, I am however very pleased with the blouse, great quality for the price.

“Very pleased with the product by the sizing usually big for the sizes ordered. I am 6ft with a big build and the large was far too big. The small was only just too small for me. The returns able was really good so we sent both gilets back and reordered 2x medium which should be the right size. We asked for a swap not sure if this works for you. Thank you Rob Taverner”
“The product , a pair of working shorts was very good and just what I wanted , but it did take along time to recieve them now whether it was delayed because of the corona virus I don't know but I am prepared to give them the benefit of the drought and say both the firm and the product are good. Mark.”
“I ordered a hooded sweatshirt in size M - I'm a size 12 so I thought that would be the correct sizing. However, when i received it, I was disappointed to find it was quite small. To avoid the fuss of sending it back, I gave it to my daughter and it fits her well. It's a nice hoodie but not accurate on the sizing.”
“1st delivery went smoothly but 2nd delivery didn't turn up. Contacted them and they were waiting for more stock. After requesting a refund they sorted that out for me immediately.”
“Good coat very warm pleased with price. Delivery took almost two weeks which in this day and age is a long time for something that is shipped within the UK”
