“Tested this raincoat in heavy rain for about 4 hours. Definitely kept me dry. I'm 6'1 and of slim build and fits me great in the body with a plenty of room for a good jumper underneath in size Medium . Like others have noted I would have give the coat 5 stars. But the sleeve length is short, Which meant wet sleeves unfortunately.”
“All was good until shirts arrived printed in the wrong font, although emails had been sent to confirm. When I complained I was told that “the printer had said the chosen font was too thin so went with this one” - when I put it to them that it should have been my decision to choose another font the response was “consider embroidering next time”. Shame as it let down what was anticipated to be a good service. Won’t use again in case I get pink shirts next time instead of blue because “we didn’t have blue so sent pink instead” 🙄”
“I wanted 3 red camisole tops of different sizes, so the family would "match" for a particular event. The website indicated only one left whichever size I clicked on, but did not say out of stock, so I ordered the three. But there was only the medium in stock. Activewear quickly offered the choice of a refund or different colour and I chose the refund which was made immediately. They acted very quickly and professionally to correct the situation, but it would have been better if their website had reflected the true stock level.”
“I ordered a longer length Skort,when it arrived it was so much shorter than a normal length Skort, so was disappointed with that.And also it took nearly 4 weeks to get my refund and 5 emails to yourselves where you didn't even reply to me.”
