“Waited a long time for delivery. I ordered on 21st December. Disappointed at lack of communication. Didn't even get a email as promised when dispatched.”

I was told it would be 5-7days delivery on the 8th day I emailed to ask where my order was and had no reply. My order eventually arrived after 11 days.
