Problem was the cost to return them was really expensive £14.00 That’s on the customer to pay has put me off reordering different products just incase I would have to send back. Returned them a week ago but have not heard back from active ware yet”
“I've owned several pairs of identical trousers but this pair were too short in the leg. I'm not blaming Activewear for this but trying to save money I'm now £3.10 out of pocket for return postage for something that wasn't my fault.”
“Great trousers at very good price. Low score as when I tried them on fasteners came off straight away. Thought it would only be on one lot but no it happened on both needed them for work so did not send them back. Fixed myself with same fastener that goes straight through onto bracket then folded over. So would recommend but order early then you have time to fix this issue if it happens to you.”
“Item took around 3-4 weeks to arrive, I wasn’t advised at point of order that this was the case, I had to email in to enquire and was then told they were waiting for stock and should be here soon. Products are good, just the lack of communication about lead time’s was frustrating.”
“Sizes are smaller that stated. I ordered a 38", when i tried them on they seemed to be a small 38 and tight around the groin area. Legs were fine plenty of room. Just uncomfortable around the mid section”
