Customer service is horrible. Old man on the phone was extremely rude and 0 help. Last time I ever order for them.

Terrible cheap products and when I tried to get a refund customer service gave me attitude and straight up ended the chat on me I've ordered five times and was unhappy this once but because of the terrible customer service I received I will never order here again Fleshlight.com customer service was incredible compared to adamandeve

My order had a total of five products, only two of which I am satisfied with. 2/3 of the pumps broke immediately. The bullet vibe wouldn't turn on after inserting battery and was shedding little plastic bits. The other vibe also wouldn't turn on even after being charged for 24 hours.

Buyer Beware. Adam and Eve is completely irresponsible, and completely lacking in accountability. I made a simple order. That order was then canceled without my knowledge. When I inquired, I was told my bank had canceled the order. So I contacted my bank. They said “No”, it was approved. Even providing the approval code. So after calling Adam and Eve once again I was told it was a “mystery” they had no answer as to why my order was canceled, and made no effort to reconcile the situation. Total lack of accountability! After being connected to a supervisor I was treated as a child, as if it was somehow my fault. She was rude condescending and offered no explanation as to why or how this happened. They charged me anyway and I am now taking this issue to court. I have never, never experienced such unprofessional, irresponsible fuckery in my life. They are a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a toy from them. Did not receive anything except the junk they offered for free. When I called customer service, I was told that the rep was being rude to me because I accused her of being a liar. I explained that no such thing was said on my behalf. I simply called because I was charged for something and after not receiving it for a month, I called customer service. Instead of an explanation or a refund, I was disrespected and talked to in the worst way possible. I took my losses and hung up. Do not make the mistake I made. Do not deal with this company.

I ordered their own Intimate curves, did not get the discount promised, and the item stopped taking a charge. They wanted me to pay to return the defective item, but finally sent a replacement. The same thing happened. I have 2 useless vibrators in 4 months, and once again they want me to pay to return it. One of the customer service agents was rude right from the start. No thank you. I'll take my business elsewhere. You can't even leave a review for the products.

Customer service is trash still waiting for a refund 4 weeks later. Customer service claimed to cancel order but failed to so. Wouldn't recommend sure you can find a better site to deal with. Had to escalate with PayPal..Still waiting on my PayPal dispute.

This by far was the worst customer service experience I ever had the lady that's supposed to be the supervisor shod be fired on the spot you don't talk to people like that but you lot a new and very interested customer I give zero stars the woman snapped like I was her kid she definitely was a black lady no respect she talked like she Adam&eve

Adam and Eve store on longley lane in Reno had terrible service and the employees and manager were rude. I will never shop there again and I recommend any other sex store In Reno over them. Terrible overall experience and manager allowed employees to be degrading and disrespectful

They are pathetic. They lie on their website stating an order can not be canceled once it is shipped but what they don’t tell you is “once it is picked and goes to the warehouse” it can not be canceled. So, if you want to return the item later once you receive it you will not get a full refund because of the shipping costs even though your order actually hadn’t been shipped when you contacted them. Also, I had 2 representatives hang up on me when trying to make them explain why their website lies to customers. It states an “order can not be canceled once it has shipped” I’m being told it is in the warehouse and was “picked” not shipped only picked but I can’t cancel the order.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. First time dealing with this company, and I guarantee it will be the last. The customer service representatives are some of the rudest I’ve ever encountered. Also, I have never before encountered a company that refuses to cancel an order prior to it being shipped. More than anything, this is lazy and an abuse of the customer. All this is is a company that would assume make things a hassle for the customer (aka: the one paying and providing jobs) rather than do the actual job. They absolutely have no value in their customers. Do yourself a favor and simply drive up to a sex shop.

I placed my order on December 4. Both items were in stock. Despite paying for expedited shipping and processing my order wasn't even processed until December 7. Then it was the 10th before they bothered to ship it. The package was supposed to be delivered by the 15th. Yeah, it wasn't and I still haven't received it. To make matters worse they can no longer track it because DHL apparently handed it off to another company. Remember I paid for shipping. As of today I have no patience or respect left for this company. They aren't professionals and you should never give them your time or money. As it is Im disputing the charges with my bank because they are refusing to take responsibility and own up to their series of mistakes. Go shop at a better

Paid extra for 2 day shipping and they just left an item out! When I told them they said they would send it out but it’s going to be 7 days to get to me. So I pay extra to get it in the time I need it, but when they mess up they don’t even send the replacement at the same speed you originally paid for...? When I complained they just don’t respond to me. Great customer service (not) I’ll not buy anything from them again.
