“When I spoke to the lady at Adband she was extremely helpful. She gave me a date for the delivery of wristbands for the rock band which I play in. The date was fine but I mentioned we had a gig before that date at which point she said she would try to get them to us in time for that. In the end she got them to us in plenty of time for the gig. This is proper customer service which is very rare in todays business environment. Thank you Adband.”

“I have recently placed 2 orders for wristbands to sell to raise money for the Croydon Tram Crash victims and the service received has been excellent and the 2 orders dispatched very promptly considering they were placed over Christmas and Chinese New Year. Excellent service, many thanks to you all”

“purchased twice from Adband within 6 months, both times was contacted after full payment had been taken to advise that the cost of the item had increased had further payment was needed. I asked for a refund on both occasions.”

“Extremely pleased with the whole process from Ordering to receiving the goods. Very helpful with deciding what type of band, colour etc. to order. With regard to delivery. Very accommodating because we were able to delay the date of order to suit our required date. As for the product itself very please with the quality and design.”

“Everyone was so helpful in helping me, not only place my order, but how many I could get with my Budget. An extra plus-delivery arrive 5 days before I was told it would! The wristbands are beautiful and so effective...hope to be back for more (funding pending!!)”
