“The lanyards that we ordered look great and the quotes arrived promptly. The pricing for samples is too much. When customers are trying to get a specific match it is basically a lottery as to what you will receive.”

Hi Graham, We are sorry to hear that your sample was poor quality but if we don't know it's impossible for us to rectify. I am sure we can refund the sample. If you would like to send photos via email we will sort that out for you straight away.

Hi Kieran, I am so sorry to hear your sample has not yet made it to you. We had no idea as we had been sent details advising that it had been dispatched some time ago directly to you. We have ordered another to come to our office so that It can then be sent to you by courier and can be tracked. Many apologies once again.
