“Adband were very friendly and helpful, we hadn't ordered anything like this before and they ensured we were totally happy with colour, size format etc before going ahead. The final product was exactly what we had in mind. The service was great, and very competitively priced - we'll be using them again.”

“I managed to get what I wanted done Nikki was very helpful and went above and beyond as I have never ordered this sort of stuff before. My only complaint is the order had changed from my original order that I made which I was extremely disappointed with but I suppose it was my fault as I should of checked it. But I was asked so many times to check and recheck it that I never. But I never expected my original order to change as it did but I gave no instruction too.”

Hi Colin, I am sorry that you did not receive exactly what you believed you had ordered. This is the reason we ask customers to be certain to check the final artworks with care so that this kind of thing can be picked up. Your order had so many checks because there we lot's of little changes along the way and it was important that we covered all bases to make sure the details we're correct. Sincerest apologies.

“I had to change the design of our badge a few times and NOTHING was a problem. People were courteous and polite and extremely helpful. The finished product was better than expected and everyone at our club is very happy with the new badge Thank you Adband”

Hi Emily, I am very sorry to hear that your bands did not make it by your requested date but from what I can see we we're only a day late and we do make it as clear as we possibly can that our dates are estimated. We do all we can to meet dates and 90% if not more of our orders arrive on or before the estimated. I very much hope you will give us the opportunity in the future to prove that.

“This is our 3rd order with yourselves and we are very happy with the service, the last order was made incorrectly (wrong size) however your staff couldn't have been more helpful, they have resolved the issue straight away and are sending replacements in half the given time frame. We are more than happy with the service and will continue to use your company. Your staff are very helpful and the communication is always very good.”
