“I started my Journey with Adent.io January 8th 2024 and it is now February 26th 2024 and I have yet been able to launch my marketplace website.
First couple of days of being with Adent.io was great Jay was very hands on, commutation was good I had no complaints.
There was a couple recommendations and prices that was given to me prior to purchasing the script, once I purchased the script, the prices of the recommendation was not accurate.
1. The merchant Account- I was told originally it was $40 a month, but that wasn't true. They wanted $1000.00 for install.
2. I was told that the vendor was fully automated, that wasn't true. Not only weren't they fully automated, they wasn't automated at all.
3. M3 server was recommended like in order for me to have the marketplace script I needed to be setup with M3 server.
Will my website was hacked before I could even get a merchant setup for the site, M3 server told me that site was hack due to script and hackers came in through the script side.
When I reached out to Agent.io they said it was M3 server fault, and they will clean up the script. Once they clean up the script I was told moving forward everyone would be on some type of vacation and they would be gone from February 8th and wouldn't be back til February 16th, ( as a company that is unacceptable) I got my site back on February 7th and it was hacked again on the 9th.
So it took a couple of days for someone to even respond to me, it wasn't until I requested a full refund when Nathan finally reach out to me, explaining that again it was M3 servers fault and that I could get a full refund, and to give them another chance to completely re due script, and even recommended another server company to try.
Because they had given me a full refund I decided to give it another try with Adent.io. It is now going on 3 weeks and I still have nothing.
Communication has been very poor, and I have been strung along for whatever reason I don't know.
I blame both M3 server and Adent.io for poor service and I am very disappointed that my time, energy, and money has been wasted.”
“After purchasing a $700 product, the company stopped responding for several weeks. I had believed I was scammed so I requested a refund through my bank. Only then did they make an excuse and try to blame me even though I followed their directions perfectly and then asked for help if anything was wrong. They offered help only after I received the refund but at this point I did not trust working with them. After I said I’d prefer not to continue, they filed against the refund with the bank and took my money back. Now they have my money, I have nothing except a bad experience. Please do not trust them. Customers do not come first. Once you purchase they just focus on their next sales guess. The funny thing is I always received quick responses about interest in buying new products, just nothing for the one I already bought. I still do not have a refund.”
“Bought xfans and was outright lied to about what it was capable of. I am married to a very experience software engineer and was told the product would have full tech documentation and would be ready to go. For a site that is made to stream, it had no video transcoding at all. Not a lick of commenting in the entire codebase. I was told by my spouse and 2 different hired developers that it was garbage and I had been ripped off.
They jerked me around until it was past the refund dates for paypal then stopped returning my calls. DO NOT BUY. My bank flagged the purchase as fraud and I should've listened instead of calling to send the charge through. Can't believe they are scamming people during the pandemic, it's heartless.”
“We hired Adent.io to deliver their turnkey software with minors’ customizations. They gave us 3 weeks’ time to implement these requests and we paid full in advanced.
The Adent.io team looks like a bunch of teenagers do not know what they are doing, why they are doing and when they are going to do.
After 2 weeks delay, they cannot cope to update simple color issues, they don't know how to manage their workload and worst part, they don't properly answer us...their client.

This company fraudulently charged my credit card because they were supposed to develop a project for me to create a crowd source donation site in 12/28/2018
They worked on things or maybe not...for several years as if they were making progress.
I was very understanding and lenient with them on the projects completion as it was more important to me that they included all the features I wanted and provided great work.
When I finally got suspicious and asked for a walk-through or call to go over the project they became very inconsistent with their communication and never got back to me. Finally once I was able to get a response out of them they indicated that my project had been erased and terminated. This took place without them ever notifying me, getting my consent, or issuing me a refund. I still to this day have never received either a finished or partially finished project. Nor have I seen one cent or a refund for not coming through on their end of the agreement.
Beware of doing business with this company.”

“I spent $1500 on the xfans scripts (paid with a coupon) and it was awful! I asked them before I made the purchase if they would make sure all the bugs were fixed, they said yes they would fix all the issues and they would handle everything. I was very upfront that I do not know how to install the script or fix any problems that might come up.
They didn't even start installing the script onto my domain until almost 2 weeks had passed, they only started because I said I would call my bank and get a refund.
The website was full bugs, most of the pages did not work!
They agreed to a partial refund and didn't tell me how much they would send. As a business owner myself I understand there are costs on both ends, I was fine with that. But they only refunded me $750!
I was thinking somewhere along the lines of $1,100, I would be giving them $400 for a script that didn't even work and wasn't even fully installed.
Not a bad deal if you ask me, now I've had to open a paypal dispute against them. If you are thinking about buying a script from this company. Don't!

“I purchased a marketplace setup on Feb25,2020, till this date I have not received anything. I have contacted them many times to find out where it is and have not been able to find out what happened. They are ignoring my emails now and the only thing they have ever told me is they will look into it but I don't hear anything from them and still have no web site. I asked for a refund since no one can tell me where my site that I paid for is, and of course no refunds. A no refund policy tells me the product or service must be consistently bad and they get so many refund requests that they instituted this policy. I was a little concerned that the company is in Viet Nam making it almost impossible to get ant thing done about problems, lesson learned. Now I am out of my money and have no web site like I purchased so I warn you If you have thought about using this company, ADENT.OI, READ ALL THE REVIEWS MANY LISTED ON TRUSTPILOT AND OTHER INTERNET SITES I am not the first or only person who has had the same problems. SAFE YOUR MONEY AND FIND A LEGITIMATE COMPANY TO PURCHASE YOUR NEW SITE. BUYER BE WARNED!”
