“My biggest complaint is shipping times. I ordered in what should have been plenty of time for Valentine’s Day, but it arrived three days after. Aside from that, the products seem to be decent (honestly have not tried yet). I also like that they give you a few free samples with your order.”

“Everything was packed really well the first time, the 2nd time some of the boxes arrived damaged but the products themeseleves were safe. Shipped quickly, discreetly & arrived shockingly fast even coming overseas. Prices are better than the shops near me.”

“Quick shipping on my items, however I could not track my order. Even after the items were delivered, the update only said “ Invalid parameter(s), No data found for this Tracking Reference.” Would be nice if the tracking issue could be addressed. Still shows my items are enroute even though they are already delivered.”

“Great product. My one complaint is that the site stated delivery would be in 2-3 business days. After the order was made, I found out the product was in New Zealand, and delivery would take much longer. They did beat the estimated delivery date by several days, but I still felt the site misled me.”
