I live in a small town in the mountains, everybody know everybody, my female mail lady knows me and made it a point to put my package from you on my front step and not in the receptical it was suppose to go in. Then I see on the lable written out-- Adult Toy Mega Store....You jerks!! A simple ATMS would have been good....I will never use you again

Discretion is super important to our customers and us - the only details that are available on the package are the recipient details (name and address), with no branding or even an invoice included. We also go by our trading name with all courier companies - AB Limited. Placed order on 6/18/2024 it is not 07/06/2024 and my order STILL hasn’t arrived or even updated on when it will arrive. I am super disappointed in the shipping system that they have in place.

I placed my order on February 29th and I have yet to receive anything. Today is March 17th. I’ll come back if my order ever arrives.

It has been many weeks since we placed our order. We even paid an extra $10 to move us to the head of the line. I would recommend looking at a different site.

Not very content as a first time purchaser. My tracking order number is LX044033308NZ, i order MAY30th,2023 till this day my package has not been delivered . Truly needed for a Event i have May19th . May i please get any updates? Truly is taking quite long & i fear it wont be here on time .
