I purchased my product on April 23, 2020 and I haven't received my product yet (April 8, 2020). I sent an email yesterday and I am waiting for a response to see what happened to my products because on the USPS website they have not updated the information since April 5th.

I ordered the body wand a few weeks ago I ordered the body wand a few weeks ago & just got it in just for it not to be able to plug it in the socket. The little black things around the plug in are broken the plug is crooket no way to plug it .....Then I Tried Calling the number nobody answers just keeps saying there on the phone are out even sent a email & still nothing ....like how do the expect you to use the items you buy off of here & for it not to work when u get it in mail the right way just horrible !!!!!

One of the product didn't work to my liking. I think it was faulty. Contacted customer support and was working with a Sophie M. She didn't respond back to my emails unless I did a follow up. Eventually she just stopped replying. Threw away the product.

I would highly recommend against ordering if you are a resident of the US. I ordered some items 11/21/19. It took 4 days to ship. Now it's been lost in the USPS due to the address format being wrong. It's been nearly 3 weeks and I still haven't seen my order. It's also been 3 days since I emailed customer care and I still haven't seen a response. Adult Toy Mega Store must have issues shipping internationally and has poor customer service.

Not impressed by the service, ordered late Wednesday night spent over $200 so got "free overnight delivery" so I would have expected the package on Friday but didn't see it untill Monday. While I know this isn't a review of the toy, I also felt that was poorly advertised and overpriced...the motor isn't strong enough so stops working as soon as I use it.
