We can see your order is on it's way to you :) We have not received any emails from you - we can see there was a phone call where we assisted with a name issue and the matter was resolved!

I never received my product, your company did not respond to my requests. DHL dropped it off took a picture but it was not my house. DHL says the package is unretrievable , so now I have problems and no product.

We were surprised on some of the warnings of what the product is made from. We will be returning it as we never used it.

Overpriced. I found some items for almost half the price elsewhere. Some items clearly different than what's advertised.

Worst customer service experience Of my life. This seller false advertises this product as having all of the plugs needed to work internationally. However this is A LIE as the wand does not include all of the plugs. This seller is shady and not to be trusted. I would never shop from this website again

It’s products I ordered stopped working within two uses and the email provided is not correct so haven’t even been able to contact customer care. I would actually like a refund or the faulty items to be replaced.

I ordered from you guys on April 5th and have yet to get my package (April 23rd now). According to the tracking it hasn’t even left the packaging place and shipping said 3-8 days. Waist of time.
