The work carried out was of a satisfactory standard however the price turned out to be far more than anticipated

Very speedy response to my request and prompt and good service from the engineer, but very expensive at over £70 for a 5 minute job of adjusting the aerial connection to the Freeview box. Took longer to take payment and complete the paperwork.

They failed three times to use the landline number rather than a mobile as requested and as a result missed an opportunity the call earlier than arranged. They also failed to keep the first appointment and did not cancel it until after we had waited in. The job was fine. The process was not.

Had two installers come out, the first quoted £150 plus VAT but then left before starting as he felt ill. The second arrived later in the day after I rang to find out what would happen next. Second installer seemed annoyed that the first had been sent in his patch and ended up costing twice the first. Admittedly we now have all the free view channels but not the smoothest of customer experiences.

Fixed my TV aerial but not my heart??!!! Never mix business with pleasure especially when there are children involved. My name is Zara. I'm NOT A bed???!!!!

I got the service I booked (installing my sky dish as sky wouldn't do it as it needed to go on the roof). However I was given a price and I checked 3 times this would be the price and there would be no extras on the day and I was told no. However I ended up paying over twice as much as I was quoted because I had to pay for some brackets, which clearly were always going to be required...

Phoned for an appointment to have a new cable into a bedroom and was quoted £65 + VAT plus any cable or fittings. Turned up within 24 hours. On looking at the job the engineer said he would connect the aerial to the Virgin cable already installed. This was done. When looking in the bedroom there was ample cable already connected so did not need any. I asked about a connection through the wall for which the engineer drilled a hole through. He supplied a SAC 2 way indoor splitter and screwed this to the wall. There was a small length of cable supplied. I would not recommend your Company as after looking a the work completed, even after a 20% discount I found £128 very expensive. The 2 way splitter is on sale at £3.64 and I would presume the other connections used were cheaper than this. Minimal work completed for a lot of money. Sylvia Nelson

Really quick speedy, friendly service. Very simple and straightforward. Booked in in 2 minutes for next day service, even asked if I wanted same day service. Works perfectly well. However, was quoted £120 on the phone, ended up being £230 due to needing amplifiers etc so make sure you really investigate.

Disappointed to be quoted one price over the phone only to be told it would cost double when the engineer arrived as they don't go on the roof for the price originally quoted (which is pretty bad for a company that does aerials!)

Aerialforce offered same day service. This was the initial attraction, since we wanted to get our satellite receiver working in our new house. After our first call - when we were told that an installer would be with us on the next day, another call changed the day to one day later. This was somewhat disappointing, but we decided that it was better than nothing. The installer arrived and gave a fairly high quote for the instaĺlation , but we wanted the work done so accepted the quote. The second piece of coax and two F connectors was charged at an exorbitant £65! We needed the additional feed from the LNB, so had to pay it. The service was OK, but slower than advertised, and very costly. If we hadn't needed it done quickly, we would have rejected the quote. Disappointing. £265 for a £100 job. Not recommended
