“AerialForce did a really professional job. They were on time and completed the work quickly and tidily. I now have a really good and reliable internet connection to my telescope observatory. Theor operative was courteous and friendly, and kept me fully advised during the work being done.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They made the “impossible” possible, and made it stress free. For context… I have a 55 inch TV and I wanted it mounted to the wall in my living room. Sounds simple right? …but it wasn’t. I’ve had multiple family members and friends attempt to do the work themselves and failed. I had a local handy man come to my home who thought he could do it - he drilled into my wall and then deemed it “impossible” and he left the holes in the wall as a memory. So I didn’t think it could be done… I am so happy to say the job is complete, the TV is up and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Firstly, the lovely ladies I spoke to over the phone who booked and confirmed the assessment quickly (and were very friendly). But most of all with the lovely Steve (Stephen Venn) who did the work -. He is not only an expert, but very kind and down to earth and made the whole set up stress free. He not only went over my expectations in terms of set up and hiding wires he didn’t leave until I was 100% happy and satisfied with the job.”

“Ricky attended my elderly mother's property today, 03/01/2023, where there was an aerial fault. He diagnosed the problem quickly, then fixed it after carrying out some surgery on a large wisteria plant. All resolved and she is as pleased as Punch.”

“Customer service was excellent: an engineer came within the hour, diagnosed the fault, and showed me what was wrong with my aerial. This he replaced, and checked my TV was working satisfactorily. The engineers name was Anthony Garner.”

“Absolutely delighted with the service we received, I telephoned them last night (Friday) and they arranged for someone to come today, Paul arrived at just after 10am fitted a new aerial and tuned in all the TVs. Excellent service, can’t recommend them enough”

“The required aerial was for my mother’s house which is about 200 miles from my own, this company made it very easy for me to arrange and manage the installation at long distance. Steve turned up promptly and completed the job quickly and efficiently, having identified the optimum location for the external aerial. He was polite and dealt with my 96 year old Mum politely and respectfully. There was one small glitch which was not discovered until much later in the day of the installation, but which Steve returned first thing the following day and corrected within minutes. Great work, great communications between the company and me throughout and I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services in the future.”

“Arron was our engineer and he went that extra mile to suggest different ways of running the cable, so that it was hidden on the outside of our house. He did a good job and he didn't cause any mess. I would NOT have a problem suggesting Aerial Force to fit an aerial or a satellite disk or both”
