“They came within 3 working hours of being contacted. Phoned before engineer turned up. Tested system before advising a new aerial was needed. installed a new aerial, pole, bracket and cable quickly but efficiently. Nice neat job. Rechecked reception level after installation and retuned all channels. Would have been happy to have paid a further small fee for them to take dismantle and take away the old aerial but this was not a service that was offered.”
