“yes very happy indeed had this very polite and helpful young man come out and fix my aerial which has been given trouble for ever took hardly any time to sort out my problem and i went from sixty eight disjointed channels which half the time did not come up to 180 very clear channels and even though i had insisted i needed a new aerial he was right i did not so saved me money too even though have spoke to other aerial people who said i would need another aerial so i am very pleased with there service oh and another thing they say morning or afternoon which is great as you do not have to hang around all day waiting and yes they did get to me within the designated time slot so double please have saved there number would not hesitate to call on them and there very profession service again”

“Chris arrived on time as per appointment. he was very pleasant, assessed our situation and talked us through the options to suit our needs. We wanted a specific piece of wall trunking that was not immediately available but he booked us in for the next day and arrived again on time. He did a very neat job and was very courteous, professional and tidy throughout telling us exactly what he was doing and why. I recommend very strongly.”

“I called and an engineer came out within 2 hours, which I didnt expect same day service as it was mid afternoon. When he arrived the heavens opened up and wind howling. Thought he would cpme back another day but scampered ovrr our garage roof and carrying his ladder, Up he webnt found problem with aerial booster found he had the correct part in his van.Went up agin fixed the part, work done ready to go stil pouring. EXCELENT SERVICE.”

“We would like to commend your engineer,Dominic. He came and wall mounted our new TV and went above and beyond his remit by helping my disabled husband and providing us with a terrific customer service and a brilliant job completed. He explained all the issues as we had a complex job due to its placement and he made it completely safe and secure enabling my husband to view the picture at the optimum tilt from his electric chair. Dominic is a credit to your Company. Thank you.”

“I can't express enough how happy I am with this company. Was abit pricey, but you pay for what you get. The engineer Mitchell who came out was fab! He was professional, polite and friendly, great guy!. My tv looks amazing on the wall. Im hoping to get my other tv put up and i will ask for Mitchell again.. Highly recommended this company and Mitchell..”

“Darren, the Engineer, checked the signal coming from my TV aerial, relayed why my TVs were not working, told me that although the previous engineer had installed 2 new aerials “which were exactly the same which was unnecessary“ (I’ll leave you to draw your own conclusions as to why), he did not set them up properly. I then needed to purchase 3 pieces of extra equipment in order to get my TVs to work properly. It was expensive and I hated having to pay again to get the TVs sorted but as one of them in particular was missing BBC and ITV channels intermittently over 6 months I “bit the bullet” and got it done. I’m very pleased that I did. I have never ever seen so many channels on my TVs. They went from 44 (97 max at times) to 197. I am now seeing programmes on my TV that I never even knew existed and my 10 yr old TV which I thought I might have to throw out is now working just like new. Darren did a fantastic job. It was expensive especially after I had already paid out to have it done by a “so-called” professional from a building site BUT it was well worth it!!! Thank you Darren.”

“I booked an appointment to have a complete new install and I was struggling to get any channels on the equipment we had. The engineer arrived, who I must say listened to everything I had to say. He looked around did some tests and just a new aerial and faceplate later all was well. Top man very good guy.”

“Wonderful service. Bob the engineer arrived on time and was extremely efficient and professional. He quickly diagnosed the fault (we needed a new aerial). He had a new one in his van which he fitted in the loft with no fuss or mess. We thought the price was very reasonable. We would definitely recommend Aerialforce and use them again without hesitation. Thank you!”

“Dom did an excellent job after travelling 100 miles to get to us. Goggled local tv companies and was surprised to find out it was a national company. Price more than originally quoted by Call Centre. Price went from £70 + VAT to over £300 but after a lot of complaining, got them to agree to £150. Excellent TV Engineer.”
