“Very pleasant reception.Dave arrived when they said.Although he did not fix the problem (My choice as the house is for sale and I did not want to replace the Ariel)he gave me all my options and explained everything simply for me.He was nothing but professional and personable.Cannot fault the service.”

“Great service from Lee fully explained everything, didn’t try and sell me anything I didn’t need , however I still went for the higher end aerial, no pressure to buy on the day, asked all the right COVID questions before entering, cleaned up after himself, top marks from me”

“Great service. The engineer came out one day to give a free estimate and advice on mounting my TV to the wall and he returned the following day to complete the job. He was friendly and professional and did a superb job mounting the TV to the wall, and he went out of his way to provide additional cables to make sure everything worked ok. Would happily recommended Aerialforce and will definitely use them again.”

“Had a bad signal problem with my freesat dish, got in touch with Aerialforce and made asked for an engineer to come on Monday the 5th Oct phone call at 7.30 said he would be arriving about 45 mins and he did . a very nice polite helpful chap named Bruce told him the problem and he soon had it fixed checked my freesat box was working well paid my bill and left. would recommend good service .”

“Prompt response to my initial enquiry by the office. Helpful engineer came out. Even working on a Sunday due to work volume. One of our aerial ports in a difficult place and he needed to return another day with special equipment to complete the job. Sorted it all out and got everything working. No charge until work was completed. Kept us informed.”

“First class service from beginning to end, easy online booking and call back to arrange date and time and finally lee who came and quoted ( price was not cheap but fairly competitive and for the convenience worth it) and installed the aerial and satellite system we chose, was very polite and professional and did an excellent job.”
