“Excellent service from initial phone enquiry to completion of work. Clear, straightforward pricing structure...all explained well in advance. Diagnostic visit arranged for following day. Upon arrival quote was given, accepted, and the work completed in same visit.....very impressed ! Courteous, professional fitter....a refreshing change to be told in detail exactly what needed doing and why.... Extremely competitive prices and great value for money. Simple card payment by phone. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.”

“Aerialforce were able to send out an engineer the next day to sort out our mix of aerial, dish and cables. Rang half an hour before as promised and comprehensive survey by very competent and friendly engineer. Nothing was too much trouble and he diagnosed aerial was still efficient but distribution awry. He gave a comprehensive estimate and spent time sorting out and repairing the various feeds to get them working again. As my husband has Parkinsons and has demenentia TV is essential for us and JD was most understanding in making the setup efficient for us. Bravo and we shall recommend your firm. “The Engineer was amazing. The house was chaos as I was in the middle of moving in with removal vans. He just set to and did the job with zero fuss. I have perfect signal as we were unable to check at the time of installation. I'm so impressed and very grateful to the Engineer. I wish I could remember his name but I was so stressed with the move.
